Situated in the heart of the Lower Garden District, this light and airy Greek revival home is full of character and charm. Steps from Magazine Street and just a couple of blocks from the Mardi Gras parade route on St. Charles Avenue. Some of the best restaurants, bars, and shops in the city are within walking distance. You’ll feel right at home as soon as you arrive in our friendly neighborhood and comfortable home, all while being close to the action and fun of the Big Easy. The entire lower unit is yours.

This neighborhood in the former “cotton press district” features turn of the century Greek Revival, Victorian, and Creole Cottage architecture. The home is conveniently located less than a mile away from the National WWII Museum, Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, and historic Coliseum Square Park. The St. Charles streetcar and Mardi Gras parade route are only a few blocks away, making this the perfect “home base” no matter when you visit!

Wow - what an amazing experience! Trevor is a fantastic host and his home far exceeded our expectations. The house is lovely and Trevor made sure that we had everything we needed. Great location, gated parking (small car!), and lovely outdoor space. We’ll stay there again!

Our stay

Our stay was as good as it gets. Everything we need was at arm reach. The place was outstanding! Every bedroom had a tv and a bathroom to accommodate everyone. It was is a great location. We would look for this place every time we go to New Orleans.

Stayed here for a small girls weekend. Very nice property! Very clean! And close to magazine street which has tons of great walkable locations. Would recommend!

Every attention to detail in this wonderfully relaxing home! The beds are incredibly comfortable after a full day of exploring. The location is great for walking the historic neighborhoods.

Comfy and Clean!

This home is very comfortable and in a great location. The backyard is lovely to sit in as well as the front porch. Kitchen is furnished well so it would be easy to cook, but there are so many great places to eat in walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Easy access to everything. The home was beautiful inside. Beds were comfortable. Our vehicle was to large to park off street, but it was no problem parking on the street right in front of the house. Would definitely stay here .again.

Perfect location for a great New Orleans experience

Everything as advertised. Right near Magazine street for walkable shops and restaurants and easy access to the streetcar if you didn’t want to rent a car or use an Uber all the time. Perfect base to explore the best parts of New Orleans. The property was great!

Attended meeting at convention center. Very convenient for the conference and dining options on magazine street. Only negative was a profanity uttered by neighbor about vrbo property regarding parking on the street. Would stay again!

NOLA trip at Stunning Greek Revival

Trevor's property was a great place for our first trip to New Orleans. Comfy yet with plenty of space, Very walkable neighborhood and close to the streetcar line on St. Charles. The restaurant recommendations were terrific too. The host was VERY accommodating and responsive. Couldn't have asked for a better place and experience.

Fantastic apartment for a relaxing trip

Really pretty and well appointed apartment. Plenty of space, front and back outside areas, we wanted for nothing and loved all the nice touches that made this a five star stay. We loved the neighbourhood - lots of great cafes and restaurants. Also super easy to get into the French quarter and around the city. Parking is right outside and plenty of it. Highly recommend this property.

It's central location in a quiet neighborhood is the ideal setting for families and small groups of guests looking to explore the historic Lower Garden District, Garden District, and Irish Channel, and is conveniently located within walking distance of the National World War 2 Museum, Convention Center, and historic French Quarter. During Carnival season (January through early March) the home is only a few blocks away from the St. Charles Ave parade route.
