Welcome to your getaway location in the heart of the Roscoe Village neighborhood of Chicago! A short walk to Wrigley Field and Southport Corridor both filled with tons of shopping and restaurants as well as public transportation downtown. Whether you are coming for a Cubs game, concert or just to explore our beautiful city, you will love your time here no matter the season. A stunning well kept 2 BR, 2 Bth apartment. High end finishes, in a completely renovated lowel level of home complete with full kitchen including Nespresso machine, eating area and entertainment. Equipped with direct tv, netflix and washer and dryer. See pictures, Wolf/Sub Zero appliances, wine refrigeration, luxurious baths, fully furnished. Quiet tree lined street in lovely Neighborhood. .
The Host lives on the 1st and 2nd floor of the home with a friendly chocolate Labrador and calico cat. No access to outdoor patio or garage.

We stayed at St. Ben's for our grandson's first birthday party. The location was perfect in a quiet residential neighborhood. The property was spotless and well maintained. Felt like home away from home. The host was addressed our questions quickly. We would love to stay again and again.

Liked the location and Liked the neighborhood The actual suite itself was modern and well designed, good beds and nice to have 2 bathrooms, well stocked kitchen with kitchen supplies. Would have been nice to have an option to sit outside and have a morning coffee - no lawn chairs were available. Friday late evening noise from upstairs was disrupting.

Perfect for a Chicago visit

This place was so cute, comfortable, clean and quiet. They had everything you need and more. The street parking was always available day and night. It was nice to have 2 full baths and my bed was so comfortable. I’d stay there again and again.

Great Lower Unit

The accommodations were perfect for a couples weekend in Chicago. Adrienne gave us a great recommendation for dinner (Reclaimed) when we arrived Friday night and was helpful with requests for lowering the temperature in the unit. Centrally located and easy to get around.

Property was not clean and had some specific shortcomings

We arrived after dark into the entry which is through an un-lighted narrow gangway between 2 row houses. We returned after dark each day, and it was difficult/unsafe to walk through the unlighted gangway, especially when carrying luggage or packages. The apartment was generally dirty, and it appeared not to have been cleaned;. Specifically there was a dirty towel in the sink, items remaining in the refrigerator, and overall dusty and dirty baseboards throughout. Especially significant was that the oven and cooktop were so dirty and greasy that we immediately abandoned our plans to cook there. One discrepancy from the original listing which included a coffee grinder, but it wasn’t there. We contacted the owner but he told us that he didn’t have one. We had brought un-ground coffee beans hoping to enjoy freshly ground coffee, but we ended up having to buy ground coffee at a supermarket. On weekday mornings we were awakened at 5:30 am by thumps, footsteps and toilets flushing from the owners living upstairs. This is not seen as a good choice for renters who would like to experience a relaxing getaway. This rental has positive features. Free parking readily available, upgraded appliances (Wolf cooking, Sub Zero refrigerator and a separate refrigerated wine case), and a nice master bathroom shower. Could be improved by cleaning, gangway lighting, and quieter upstairs residents.

Great Accomodations!

Perfect little place and perfect location! Would definitely recommend for people to stay here. Beds are comfortable, great appliances, easy access in and out of condo. Adrienne was very responsive and easy to communicate with! Would stay here again!

Pearl Jam

Very clean and spacious property, my son and I stayed there for the Pearl Jam concerts at Wrigley. Walk to Wrigley was easy and neighborhood was great. I would recommend this place to anyone going to events at Wrigley.

Fantastic condo near Wrigley Field

The condo was a wonderful place to stay in a fantastic neighborhood. We will definitely stay there again when we come into town for another Cubs baseball game!

Great stay in Chicago

We had a great stay in Chicago! The unit was exactly as described, great features & finishes, well cleaned/maintained. This was in a great location as well - easily walkable to restaurants - the neighborhood was adorable and safe as well. Plenty of free parking on the street as well. Would stay again!

Very nice place but a bit dirty. Didn’t seem to have been cleaned prior to our arrival. I washed the rugs and swept floors when we arrived.

DBacks - Cubs Weekend

Great location, Nice apartment! Worked well for the four of us. Brought our grandsons to see the DBacks/Cubs play. You can walk to Wrigley or Uber. We toured Wrigley, Navy Pier, Millennium Park, Chicago River Tour, Griffith Science Industry Museum! Great food and Deep Dish Pizza! Memories made with our grandsons! Thank you Adrienne for letting us stay at your apartment!

Wrigley Concert

Perfect apartment for a long weekend. Within walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was so nice and quiet. I wasn't nervous at all. The owners were so nice and easy to reach. They were having brick work done and asked them to come back later because we were there. Who does that? Why I would give more than 5 stars. And why we will definitely stay again. Thank you for letting us stay, it was perfect.
