Nestled in beautiful countryside, at the end of a small hamlet and close to the Dordogne, LES COQUELICOTS offers a spacious and comfortable accommodation for holidays that won't dissapoint in the heart of the Périgord Noir.
When coming back from your daily visits or activities, so various in the immediate vicinity, you will enjoy its pretty enclosed garden, its large private pool and its summer lounge where you can share delicious moments with yoiur family or friends.
LAYOUT DESCRIPTION:

Set on two levels, the house offers on the ground floor:
* An entrance hall with a built in wardrobe
* A spacious living room bathed in light thanks to its double french windows. It enjoys :
- a comfortable sitting area with two sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, a TV board and flat TV screen. and a desk
- and a dining area with a large wooden table, 8 seats and a dresser.
* The adjacent modern kitchen is perfectly fitted with a large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, crockery and cooking utensils in generous number.
* On the other side of the entrance corridor, and so very quiet, the master bedroom offers a super large 180cm wide bed, two bedside tables, and a wardrobe.
* Adjacent is the first bathroom with a bathtub, vanity unit and toilet.
The sleeping area continues upstairs, accessible from the large wooden staircase:
* A second double bedroom with a large double 160cmx200cm bed, bedside tables, closet/wardrobe
* A third double bedroom with a large double 160cmx200cm bed , bedside tables and wardrobe/ closet
* A third family room with a double 140cmx190cm bed, and a single 90x190cm bed, closet/ wardrobe
* A bathroom with a bathtub with shower screen, wahsbasin and toilet completes this floor.
OUTSIDE DESCRIPTION:

* The large garden of more than 2000m² offers a huge flat and grassy area, ideal for playing football and high edges for a total privacy.
* The beautiful terrace, overlooking the pool, allows you to keep the children under control while enjoying dining outside. The electric storeban is ideal during those hot summer days.
* The so comfortable summer lounge is also protected for the sun thanks to its arbor. With its sofas, armchairs and coffee table it s the perfect place to enjoy a nap or share a glass (or two!) of Pécharmant or Monbazillac for the aperitif...
* "cherry on the cake", the private pool of 10mx5m is perfect for happy afternoons. It is fenced rom the garden and also has an alarm for a maximum of security

Located on the outskirts of the pretty little village of Vezac, the house of LES COQUELICOTS is ideally situated to explore the historical, cultural and culinary riches of the Périgord Noir. The magnificent medieval town of Sarlat, classified by UNESCO, is less than 8km away. The villages of La Roque Gageac, Domme, Beynac, Castelnaud-la-Chapelle, all listed as "one of the most beautiful villages of France" are all within a 15km radius.
The Dordogne river, where you can swim or go canoeing, is less than 2km away.
Multiple sports activities (bicycles, horse riding, via-ferrata, hiking, golf...) are in the immediate vicinity.
