Cute 1/1 apartment located on the quiet side of St. Thomas. The property is within walking distance to Hull Bay Beach and “The Shack” Enjoy the spectacular views from the deck located off the driveway. It includes a small grill for the “the catch of the day”. A/C, washer/dryer combo, and parking. Don't miss out on this sweet quiet Northside gem.

*Recommend renting a vehicle as we are located on the quieter side with no access to public transportation.

*Automatic generator for backup if the power goes out. That does occasionally happen.

Outstanding Location

The hosts were outstanding and the facility perfect for us. Unbelievable views from our private patio and a short track down the hill to our own private beach. This location is outstanding with restaurants bar, bars and grocery stores all close by.

Stunning views, gracious hosts, peaceful setting, clean and cozy quarters, all beach going items provided. Excellent restaurants close by.

Second time at Peace in Paradise

This was our second time staying there and we loved it once again! The space has everything you could need from cooking to beach things! The views are just fantastic and we loved having our morning coffee on the deck!

Phenomenal stay!

This was one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed at! As mentioned in other reviews, Lindsay and Jeremia provide their guests with everything they need plus much more. They are so thoughtful, friendly, and responsive. We cannot think of a single complaint. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we come back!

Piece of paradise - so true!

First time in St. Thomas so had a bit of a hard time getting around. The hosts were right there to save the day. Really nice place just as described. Thoughtful, helpful hosts made our trip so enjoyable. Hull Bay is beautiful - looking forward to coming back. Thank you!!!

Just what we needed!

This place is perfectly located away from all the buzz but easy and convenient! So close to Hull Bay with some of the best snorkeling anywhere on island right at the bottom of the hill. Hit Nomads around the corner for great food and drinks and a friendly, local crowd. Hosts are pleasant and available as needed. We’ll be back!

Perfect Getaway

My boyfriend and I stayed at Peace of Paradise for 5 night and had a fantastic experience! Lindsay was so attentive with any questions we had and the space was exactly what was explained in the listing. The view is spectacular and it was so tranquil. Hull Bay Beach is just a short walk and has 2 great bars/restaurants! We were a bit disappointed with how hard it was to get a taxi so I highly recommend renting a car!

Great Place to Stay

Nice space, well laid out with plenty of room. Everything you need in a vacation rental and then some - beach gear provided was excellent. TV kind of small but Dish network receiver offers plenty of selections. King bed comfortable, futon/couch not so much. Location by Hull Bay is a bit remote, tight roads and driveway, but that's part of what make this place so great - the local beach bars were super nice. Beautiful ocean view and a path directly down the hill to the water - charming place and remarkable island.

We stayed for a week at this absolutely perfect place during our trip to St Thomas for a friends wedding. The view was incredible & was so quiet. It was exactly what we were looking for & will definitely be coming back.Our host was so kind & cannot thank her enough for setting us up & then some!!! This place had everything that you would want when you rent on a vacation. Thank you so much & we cannot wait to be back💕 Piece of Paradise is the perfect name for this place!!!! Northside Gem

In a word: FANTASTIC... Nestled into the hill with a gorgeous view of Hull Bay... Friendly, accommodating, responsive, and respectful hosts... Super clean and well appointed bath and kitchen, comfy bed, and all the beach gear 2 people would need or want. Restaurants are a minute away, and groceries 5 minutes away...So there is a wonderful balance of seclusion and convenience...I am now a true North-side convert...and this place is definitely "LaPlace"... thanks guys!

Amazing

Lindsay an Jeremia are excellent hosts and made us feel at home. If you are looking for relaxation and recharging- this is the place to be! Breathtaking view of Hull bay out of your window and the yard! It is truly a secluded paradise! Beautiful location, charming property! We are so happy we choose this property. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Unit is equiped with all you need . Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us! We liked everything and hope to come back again.

Amazing stay

Everything was beautiful with the place, exceeded my expectations in every way. The apartment was very clean exactly like the pictures. The view of the ocean from the kitchen was unbelievable. I did walk down the trail to the beach. It was beautiful. Definitely wear tennis shoes for the walk down just to be safe. Definitely would say rent a jeep due to the roads and the mountains. The house had all the immunities that my sister and I needed. We did cook every morning. Also the washer and dryer is a big plus. I would definitely stay again.

Let me start by saying Lindsay is the bomb. Com. She’s suck a great person and everything we needed help with she was right there to help us. If your looking for somewhere to stay while your at st.Thomas it’s here. To have someone you don’t know help you with everything you need to know about the island is excellent. She’s sick a sweetheart. In a few years when I come back I will be staying here. Again Lindsay is the bomb.com. We love you girl ❤️❤️❤️

Unbelievable

This apartment is exactly as described but better. The view is unreal. It is quiet and comfy. There’s everything you need in this unit. I bought stuff without checking the bathroom drawer. Almost didn’t have to buy anything except more sunscreen, of course (what a problem to have 😂). There are a couple sweet kittys outside. The walk down to the beach is treacherous so don’t plan on doing that lol it is rocky down there anyway. But hull bay beach is a short walk and it’s right across from the shack. They have delicious food and an excellent atmosphere. Hands down the best restaurant overall we tried is the fish bar. Every single thing was amazing; staff, food, view, atmosphere, decor….. could’ve had that every day! It is a little pricy, but should try it once! I cannot say enough good things about this experience and it’s mostly because of Lindsay’s place & hosting. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, if ever given the opportunity!

Wonderful stay; great ocean views

This was 5-stars all around. Place was exactly as described, if not better. Close to several beaches and couple of good spots to eat and drink. Hosts easy to communicate with before, during, and after trip. The place is well-stocked with beach gear and even a water cooler. Washer and dryer in unit also a major plus. Great value and would 100% stay here again.

The most perfect beach getaway!

We can’t say enough good things about our time spent here! The place was the perfect amount of space for my husband and I. We had everything we needed and more: snorkel gear, cooler, ice packs, beach chairs, beach towels, and more! We had a few interactions Lindsay and Jeremia throughout our stay - they are so sweet and really down to earth people. There is a little private beach area a short walk down from the driveway, we even found a hammock to enjoy along the way! This place is a short drive (you can even walk) to Hull Bay which has a food truck and bar - great sunset views, too! We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely Amazing!

Lindsey and Jeremiah were absolutely amazing! The property was exactly what we booked, even better! The property was very clean, full of many items and facing a beautiful view. They were attentive and always helpful. They sent us many pins to view the most beautiful places on the island. We will be back!

This property could not be more perfect for what we wanted! Located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the beach, we spend an idyllic week relaxing on this sunny north-side location. Although there's a steep, rocky trail to access the water, we chose to drive our rental car to Hull Bay Beach or Magens Beach each day. Lindsay and Jeremia (along with their friendly dog and cats) were wonderful hosts. This property has been in Jeremia's family for 3 generations and the care shows. The unit is completely equipped with anything you could possibly need from beach umbrella to snorkel gear to towels and teapot. We even discovered a secluded spot with a hammock for some quiet napping. Good people. Fabulous view. Convenient location - what more could you want for a vacation spot?

This was an amazing place to stay! Right on the water, we woke to the sound of the waves each morning! Lindsay the owner was very quick to respond with anything we needed. We were well taken care of! Loved the kitchen as we cooked all the time. We had everything we needed, including an amazing sitting area outside overlooking the water. View of the water from the large kitchen windows. Located is very quiet, residential area. I recommend a car rental to get around. Hull Bay is very close & just a few minute drive. Overall, it was one of the most relaxing vacations we’ve taken. If you go to snorkel, the corals & fish right in front of this property were some of the best we found! Just wait for quieter waves. We hope to go back again.
