- Equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils);
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x200);
- One bathroom with shower, and separate WC;
- The accommodation is equipped with blankets and pillows;
- Private and free outdoor parking.

- 1.7 kilometres from sandy beaches;
- 100 metres from shops and restaurants;
