Enjoy sunny Hilton Head Island in this 2 bed, 2 bath unit with a fully equipped kitchen! Just a short walk to the beach!

The Condo is located mid-island near the wonderful bike trails, restaurants, shopping, and golf that Hilton Head is known for!

The resort is a gated community with tons of amenities! Featuring 2 outdoor pools, indoor pool, hot tub, 6 tennis courts, beachfront bar & grill, poolside deli, sand volleyball court, fitness center, grills and a private boardwalk to the beach!

During your stay you will be less than a 10-minute walk to the beach using the resort's private boardwalk. Enjoy the wildlife along the way or jump aboard the complimentary shuttle that runs from the start of the boardwalk to the beach.

This unit is in Building 3. This building has the indoor pool, hot tub and fitness center right outside your door.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, etc.).

We provide blazing fast private wireless internet access and cable television. There are 2 smart TV's in the unit! A 55" smart TV' is located in the living room and a smaller smart TV is in the primary bedroom. All TV's have access to your Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, YouTube TV, etc... Just log in!

The second bedroom closet is full of beach goodies for your use!

There is an elevator and a shared laundry facility just down the hall from this unit!

Guests have access to the entire condo to themselves. The owners are not onsite during your stay.

Great place to stay, a little bit of a walk to the beach but that was expected based on other reviews. Beds were quite comfy and everything appeared to have been well washed by residents staff!

Disappointed

I’m not sure how this property is listed as having solely five stars. From the moment we walked in, everything felt second rate - not sure if the owner ever lives here themselves, but if they did, I would imagine they would realize how poorly managed it is. I don’t think the floor was cleaned between stays, as we were walking on sand and debris when we first stepped in. The furniture and kitchen supplies are clearly thrifted, but nothing that a coat of paint shouldn’t fix, except due to the humidity (not the owners fault) every surface was sticky. The beds were uncomfortable; the single pillows were flat (thank goodness we bring our own); the mattress toppers for the twin beds increased their height enough to create a hazardous situation for a child should they fall out of bed - our seven year old needed a boost just to get into it! Outlets didn’t work, two of the five lamps (no overhead lighting or overhead fans) were broken. The kitchen looked nice, but the front burners on the stovetop didn’t work consistently, so it’s a good thing we only planned to cook one meal per day at the condo. Don’t let anyone fool you into thinking this is a property near the beach. You’ll walk through three buildings just to get to the boardwalk (should you ever find it with so little signage throughout the “resort”), where you’ll travel about a half mile to finally get your first glimpse of the beach. We won’t make the mistake of staying at Hilton Head “Resort” again.

Best Hotel!

I stayed here with five friends for a weekend and we had a blast! The check in precess went so smoothly and we were able to relax in our room quickly. The resort had a bunch of amenities and the boardwalk to the beach was beautiful. The facility was very clean!

Spring Break 2023

This is our 3rd year coming to the Hilton Head Resort for Spring Break. We loved being close to the inside pool since the first few days of our trip was cooler than usual. Beds were very comfortable. The large dining room table was perfect for family game night to wind down before bed. The best benefit was the outdoor beach locker that had a beach card, 6 chairs, 2 umbrellas and plenty of beach toys. It was very helpful to pick up and drip off all of our beach items without having to drag it all inside the condo. Can't wait to come back next year!

Cozy two bed two bath apartment

It is a two bed two bath in a nice community.It is 10 minute walk from the beach. The community has heated swimming pool, sauna ,gym to make your stay worth every penny.The place is perfect for 6 people for short term stays and for long term stays for around 3 people.The property manager responded to check in instructions in time.

Weekend getaways

Second time staying at Hilton head resort never disappoints. East walk to the beach and swimming pools everywhere. The only thing I would charge is convenient smoking areas.

Pleasantly Surprised

We have not been to HHI before, so we weren’t sure what to expect. I found the condo in our price range and booked it, hoping it was in a good location and was nice. We absolutely loved Hilton Head Resort! The walk over the dock to the beach was my favorite part. (I had knee replacement surgery in October and wasn’t sure if I could walk that far.). It was so beautiful watching all of the wildlife that we were at the beach before we knew it! The condo was clean and nice. The only thing I wish I knew before we came is that the “beach toy closet” included ALL of our beach necessities including chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards. We wouldn’t have brought our own chairs if we had known how well stocked that closet was! We loved the resort so much that we will be back next year!
