Bienvenido, a nuestro condominio de playa de dos habitaciones. Nuestro condominio completamente renovado incluye una cocina completa, porche con mosquitero, dos baños completos, camas para seis, además de un sofá cama. La comunidad está frente al pantano con un hermoso paseo marítimo directamente a la playa; y cuenta con dos piscinas al aire libre, una piscina cubierta, sauna, jacuzzi y piscina para niños. Hay una choza tiki en la piscina y un bar frente a la playa al final del paseo marítimo. Esta unidad está en el cuarto piso del edificio dos con servicio de ascensor.

It was a beautiful place and the facilities were amazing all across the board. The inside pool was air conditioned so there was surprisingly no humidity at all which came through spectacularly. The apartment itself was quaint and had a very homely feel. Would definitely stay again!

Long weekend away

My partner and I were able to get away for a long weekend and this was the prefect spot for us! Close to the beach, great pool. Loved the screened in porch. Easy check in process and will definitely stay here again!

The perfect spot for our family getaway!!

We had the best stay! The property was perfect and so family friendly. The beach was walkable and perfect (and the shuttle was so convienent after a long day at the beach), the indoor pool was perfect for the mornings when it was still a little chilly, and outdoor pool was awesome during the day. The spot had everything we needed and more! Already looking to come back and stay here again!

The hosts were kind and left detailed instructions for checking in and out. The room with the bunkbeds was hard to keep cool. It was also a bit noisy in the area in the evening (past 11pm), despite there being clear rules about noise posted throughout the resort. This was no fault of the owners. Overall the unit had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful beach family vacation

This property was perfect for our family of 4 that includes a teen and a tween. We had plenty of room to spend time together and go off on our own. We loved the additional amenities like the steam room and gym. We especially enjoyed the beautiful beach just a simple walk away. Our property had everything we needed. We can’t wait to book again!

Well appointed and clean

We enjoyed our stay here over Labor Day weekend. This condo is close to everything you need. The check in process was flawless. The condo is decorated so cute and has everything you need. The resort is older, but still has great amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Paradise—Hilton head

We spent 3 weeks at this site. The location is ideal for beaches, shopping, dining and walking. The condo had everything we needed and the host was very accommodating. Water pressure was a bit low but sufficient. We have already booked this site for next year!

A week in paradise

January Stay

We have stayed in this condo before and will again. It’s very clean and the owners have really stocked the unit with the upmost traveler consideration. While we were there, our home place had a bad snowstorm and ice. Several highways were closed. We were able to extend our stay thru Todd, who was so considerate and helpful. We were definitely pleased with our stay!!!

Place was nice. But the floors and other areas were quite dirty. No problem, we cleaned the first night and enjoyed the rest of the time we were there. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of linens, towels and blankets. We biked everywhere. 😊

Great size unit. Seems the elevator for this unit has been out of service for quite awhile but the elevator for the adjacent building was actually closer. Getting from one building to another was confusing. The whole complex needs more signage.

Amazing vacation!

The condo is exactly as pictured, clean and spacious. We loved the view of the lagoon from the balcony and the kids loved the bunk beds. The linens and towels were hotel quality. The resort was clean and well kept. Any staff we spoke with were helpful and friendly. The pools were great and the hot tub was huge! As we were there during Tropical storm Debby, the indoor pool area was awesome. The walk to the beach was not as long as expected and the marsh area had lots for the kids to see. The resort is close to several grocery stores, as well as some larger chain stores. There also restaurants and a movie theatre nearby. While we didn't get to explore the island as much as we wanted to, the resort and the condo were a wonderful place to stay as a family. I highly recommend this rental and would definitely go back! T

Great Stay!

Overall the condo was exactly as described. It was clean and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. The extra pillows and blankets were also great. The condo was in a great location in proximity to the pool and boardwalk to the beach. It is on the 4th floor so climbing up stairs can be a bit tiresome after awhile, but there is an elevator. If I had to give one suggestion, the bathroom fans were a loud and the shower water pressure was low in one of the bathrooms. Overall, we had a great time! Lots to do-- pickleball, great pool, the restaurant/shop on premises is neat and the beach is beautiful. We have been coming to HHI for a few years now and it never disappoints.

2nd week in heaven

We had a1 well timeshare exchange for Hilton head but wanted a2nd week in a convenient spot. This unit was nearly flawless... One flickering lamp, weak water pressure in one shower, and the top shelf of the dishwasher was cranky. Otherwise it was perfect... Clean, well stocked, comfortable bed, responsive thermostat, screened balcony, good tv. Todd was very responsive when we needed to contact him. Would stay here again for sure.

Very Cute, But Some Issues

Location was great, access was a breeze, and first impression was very well decorated and cute! There were hooks everywhere, nice storage for toiletries, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal. Bed setup was perfect for our family, but the primary bedroom sheets were polyester and kept slipping off the mattress. The floors were very gritty upon arrival so should be cleaned more thoroughly in between guests, perhaps add a mat at the front door. As other commenters have said, the guest shower water pressure is very low along with the amount of hot water, so plan accordingly for your children's bathtime. For the person hoping to get some work done, the wi-fi is spotty and there were SIX remote controls in the living room - we never got the TV to work out there nor the lighting in the primary bedroom - so the tech should be simplified. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! The boardwalk to the beach was very beautiful.

Comfy and Clean

My teen daughter and I were visiting friends that live in Bluffton. The condo was clean and comfortable. We didn't have time to use the amenities (which are great for kids of all ages) and only made it to the beach twice for a brief visit. It's a beautiful walk on the boardwalk in the evening, just before sunset. We were out most all day and the condo was a nice place to come back to for a good nights rest. It was quiet and we both slept well. It is a huge complex and we got a little turned around the first few days but soon figure it out. If you get back to the complex late in the evening, you will end up parking far from the entrance. Keep this in mind if you have a lot of stuff to carry from your car to the condo. My daughter -who can be picky about where we stay - wants to stay here again.
