Brandi was so welcoming! She had a Christmas tree set up for our week long Christmas stay. The location in Mesa was great. The pool water temperature was perfect with the included heated pool and there were plenty of floats so we didn't have to pack any of our own. My teenagers swam almost every day.The bathrooms and kitchen were fully stocked. There were also indoor and outdoor games available that we used.I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a 3-bedroom house!

The perfect spot, inside and out!

Location is awesome, the house is so cute and was very clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make lots of family meals together . The pool is spectacular! We spent a ton of time in the backyard and it was great to have it so spacious!

Lovely clean property

Quiet and Beautiful

We are 2 couples in our 50’s, and this was perfect. Lovely home, comfortable, and provided a perfect mix of socializing and privacy. The pool and outdoor seating was amazing. We hope to return.

Awesome place

Location is close to everything one needs and wants, house has big yard and incredible outdoor entertainment area. Very well stocked. We will pick this same house whenever in Mesa again

Beautiful spacious home just as described

We visited Mesa to visit family for several days. The home was clean and just as described. There was room to spread out and relax. The pool was great! There were also small but fun features like the mood lighting options in the dining area and an available portable bluetooth speaker I used while enjoying the pool. We would love to return to this property again next year or for future family visits to Mesa, AZ.

Two Weeks in Mesa

Great place. Sparkly fresh and clean. Very comfortable bed. Very comfortable seating areas. 3 or 4 different kinds of coffee makers! Excellent location close to whatever you might need (Safeway, Home Depot, CVS, car wash, etc). Nice outdoor living spaces & a pool! Value for money....would stay there again!

Everything we could ask for!!!

Just recently visited for a quick trip to see some spring training games. The house was exactly as advertised. The pool and backyard provided a great place to soak in the Arizona sun! The kitchen had everything we needed, and more. The check-in process was smooth and easy. Brandi was very responsive and great to work with. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip!

Beautiful home with an awesome backyard

We had a wonderful weekend staying here while our daughter competed in the Regional Gymnastics competition. The house is beautiful & very nicely decorated. We loved the special touches of coffee, complimentary bottle of wine & snacks. Our kids loved the heated pool & we enjoyed playing bocce ball & corn hole in their beautiful (& huge!) backyard. Beds were super comfortable & the white noise machines were great! Location is awesome too - many great restaurants & shopping close by. Highly recommend staying here - we’d love to come back!!

Visiting our daughter

The house is beautiful and very clean. The pool is amazing and we enjoed the beautiful yard. The neighborhood is quiet. Each morning we sat outside and end drank coffee and listened to the birds. We enjoyed family time in the pool. The house is conveniently looked next to many wonderful restaurants and fun activities. We can't wait to visit again! Thanks for being wonderful Hosts!

Awesome stay at “Slice of Paradise “

Everything about our trip was wonderful. The pool was awesome, the interior(bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, living room and dining room) are all super nice. The backyard is spacious and has all you need to have a relaxing vacation. Brandi and Phillip were awesome to deal with. No issues whatsoever. Easy to get into the property, easy to check out and back to our normal lives. Thanks Brandi and Phillip. Our stay was awesome and we didn’t have to stress about anything.

Perfect Place For Me

I was moving to AZ from MA and looking for a place to stay with my little dog while I looked for a home. Brandi was wonderful to work with, they even provided a little doggie crate for my pup. The house itself is beautiful, newly refinished, lovely kitchen and the pool and garden area were a wonderful place to relax. I am so happy we chose this house. You won’t be disappointed! It’s also a great location and has restaurants and grocery stores close by, as well as a little park to park all the dog. Absolutely perfect!

Family Christmas Getaway

Great place to Celebrate Christmas. Loved the large open kitchen area. Spent lots of time in the pool and relaxing in the backyard. The house is conveniently located close to many Scottsdale activities (Ifly and Octane racing) and any type of shopping and eateries is a very short drive. There is a grocery store within walking distance. The owners are great. Respond very fast and even setup a Christmas tree with Christmas lights on the house! Because of weather we ended up getting to town a day early they graciously added a day to our stay.

Great Property!!!!!

I would give the property 10 stars if I could! The house was as described and picture perfect! Brandi is a very responsive host and goes above and beyond to answer questions. She even sent us maps on routes to walk my dogs. The pool and big yard were perfect for us and our dogs! We rented the house to visit our Son who had moved to Mesa last year. We will definitely be making our next visit plans around the house being available again or not. Thank you for a wonderful week!

It’s all here!

This house has everything you need (and a few perks you didn’t know you needed) and is very comfortable. The interior(bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, living room and dining room) are all nice and bright and fully stocked. The backyard is spacious and has all you need to have a relaxing vacation. Brandi was super helpful and responsive and worked with us on an early check-in and answered all our questions. No issues whatsoever. Easy to get into the property and easy to check out. Thanks Brandi and Phillip. Our stay was great and next time we are bringing our dog to enjoy it too.

They've thought of EVERYTHING!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The house is conveniently located close to everything you could need - shopping, attractions, grocery - and the freeway connecting to everything is about a mile away. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and safe. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything you could think of, including an air fryer! Appliances are nice and new and the couch in the living is huge and super comfortable - just like ours at home! Tons of towels, and everything is well labeled and easy to find - there is even a first aid kit which I don't think I have seen in any other rental! The pool is clean and warm enough for swimming even in November! Owner was very responsive to messages, everything was easy and wonderful for our stay. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful! Extremely Clean, Comfortable Beds, pillows and linens, extra linens and blankets Kitchen well appointed, spice cabinet stocked Air conditioner, cooled house! Appliances very quiet Toiletries and Cleaning Products, hairdryer Amazing Pool Clean and Heated Toys and Floaties! Fully Fenced Yard and plenty of room to run! Patio furniture comfortable and as pictured Great Closet Space! Plenty of Room Comfortable and Open Concept well insulted for quiet bedrooms Pool Toys, lots of towels Close to Restaurants and Shopping Restaurant and Area Recommendations Minimal Cleaning Requirements Upon Checkout Very affordable compared to other rentals with pools in the area. Home has secure doors and windows, and is in a safe area. No Negatives whatsoever, Home is as Advertised Hosts were amazing, responsive, helpful and friendly. I love when rentals are minimally decorated, with large organized closets. This leaves space for your things! For being pet friendly, this home was completely odor free which is unique. Some rentals accept pets, but are not actually pet friendly or safe. This rental truly welcomed pets, and the home and yard are SAFE for furry family members. Chemicals are stored properly. There are also parks nearby for them to explore. Sleeping arrangements and bedrooms are accurately described, and a high chair and pack and play. This home will absolutely be our nest when we visit again! Do not hesitate to rent, we loved this home away from home❤️

Perfect Property

The property was perfect; it has everything you will need while traveling away from home. It's a great location if you want to travel to other areas of Phoenix and beyond. It is very close to a major grocery store, gas station, restaurants and shops. The owners were so responsive to our questions - literally responded to us in a few minutes and made us feel so welcomed. It is great for families and couples. Definitely would stay here again if we travel to Phoenix in the future.

Clean and well Maintained

I stayed there for business, the house was nice had everything you needed. Huge backyard good size rooms, great kitchen and great washer and dryer. Only 2 small problems but not a big deal, the family room TV was very hard to log in or if you don't have Hulu which i don't you are limited to few options. Not everyone is tech savvy. Although if your my age and miss the old show's its not bad. The other is the house is right on the corner, traffic noise is loud at times. Other than that great stay and would stay again

We are a family of three who fell in love with beautiful Arizona many vacations ago and want to share our love of the sunshine and all the amazing local things to see and do with other vacationing friends and families.

We bought this home as a vacation spot for ourselves and as we've hosted friends we've realized just how much fun others have when staying here too. The home is in an amazing area, its perfectly laid out with large living spaces indoors and outdoors. Its perfectly set up to lay by the pool all day, lounge in the shade out back, play cards at the impressive dining table inside or go on an adventure near by.

Location, location, location! It cannot be overstated how centrally located this home is! Starbucks and Safeway are a 5 minute walk from the house and the number of things to see and do under 20 miles is outstanding!
