First floor: entrance open to the large living room, bright and sunny, which includes a kitchen with an island-bar, a dining room and a living room. Two very large bay windows open onto the terrace, facing south. The first floor also has a bedroom with a 160 bed, a shower room and separate toilets.
Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms of 3 people each. A double bed of 160 and a single bed in the first bedroom, 3 single beds in the second. Large bathroom with shower and toilet. A large mezzanine with sofa also occupies the floor for a reading area.
Garden: large terrace with garden furniture and bicycle storage.
Parking space for one car.

Equipment: Washing machine, dishwasher, conventional oven, induction hob, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle. Free Wi-Fi.
Beds will be made on arrival.

Bed linen, towels (except beach towels) and cleaning are included in a mandatory package at the time of booking.
