☆ THE BUILDING: Has 3 units total. This unit is located on the 2nd floor, with two smaller units below. The entire building can be rented at the same time for larger groups.

Interaction with Guests:
We value your privacy and offer a flexible and convenient self check-in process. Keypad entry codes and check-in instructions are given 24 hours before your arrival date. We are available by phone or through the app 24/7 for any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay.

This building is directly between the beach boardwalk and Mission Blvd (restaurant strip), in a lively vacation area.

We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

The home has heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

Please note that this is also a neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night since there are other renters below.

There is a pet fee of $100 that covers the extra deep cleaning measures we take for the home.

There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 8 guests.

Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedules to accommodate these requests.
