Hosts were great to work with and very accommodating. The VRBO itself was very well kept and up-to-date. The beds were without hesitation, the most comfortable beds I've even experienced in a short term rental. Very well done and taken care of. The pool table, hot tub, and fire pit were added bonuses! Of all the places we have rented in Flagstaff, this has by far been the best experience. Highly recommend!

Great few days. Easy and quick communication with the host. Clean and spacious. Rarely does a VRBO have a garage that you can use, so that was an added bonus!!

The hot tub was perfect, beds were comfortable, entire house was kept clean and maintained. Everything in the description was accurate. Community was quiet and we went to Grand Canyon two days while there, about 90min drive. Such an amazing home and stay for us and 4 kids ranging 5 to 17!

Great house with all the extras, plus live plants that made the property extra home-y.My family had a terrific stay and enjoyed the hot tub and pool table during the evenings.Ramesh was extra thoughtful and left a bottle of wine to welcome us all. Great stay 5/5!

Everything was great! The house and the hot tube were most welcoming. One suggestion would be to replace the can opener and cooking sheets in the kitchen. Also, the board games upstairs need to be organized and possibly replaced.

We had a fantastic time at Ramesh’s property. The home was exactly as described—clean, well-stocked, and perfectly located. The hot tub was a huge bonus after a day of preparing for our son’s wedding. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area. We would definitely return!

The house was great and in excellent condition. Plenty of room for eight of us to spread out all over the house. Convenient for all the restaurants and shopping you need in town and also to get on the interstate to go to attractions in the area. Fresh clean towels and linens made you feel as comfortable as if you were in your home. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great Flagstaff getaway

Nice spacious house that has a fun game room the kids enjoyed. The owners communication was fantastic and he messaged us back properly with any questions we had. Great getaway in flagstaff!

Weekend getaway in Flagstaff

We did not use the hot tub because we planned other excursions in the area. We ran out of time to enjoy that feature. But did appreciate that one was available.That were great hosts. We loved the home. It was so comfortable and had great amenities. Although it did not have dual thermostats they provided fans to cool the bedrooms upstairs, as heat rises.

Thank you great review although it was my 1st 4 star review in my 4 years of hosting and thank you great suggestion about double thermostat now I already accepted quote to HVAC company to install necessary device for zoning, I believe it will solve our temperature fluctuation between 2 levels of house. Family Gathering

We chose this VRBO because it was close to Williams, AZ, where we were going to see the rodeo and catch the train to the Grand Canyon. Everyone loved the hot tub, the gathering area in the back yard around a fire pit, the grill, the large table for us to gather for dinner or games and the younger kids enjoyed the game room. It was a pleasant neighborhood to walk in the morning. It was very clean and welcoming.

Spacious big home in a nice neighborhood

Charming residence located in a peaceful neighborhood. The house is spacious and comfortable, featuring an entertaining game room and a lovely backyard with a fire pit. It's just a 30-minute drive to Bearizona and Canyon Coaster, both of which are must-visits for kids. Ramesh was an exceptional host, and we are certainly looking forward to returning for another stay.

Wonderful Property!

Our family group of nine enjoyed every bit of our stay at this property! The house was clean, easy to access, and included the small things like extra ice and laundry supplies that made us feel right at home. The owners were extremely responsive and even left us a sweet welcome note and bottle of wine. We would highly recommend!

Amazing house

We stayed with 2 families, 10 people total. There was plenty of space for everyone and the entire house was extremely clean and organized. We enjoyed all of the accommodations. The host was very prompt in responding to any questions. The neighborhood is quaint, lovely to walk around. The backyard space is beautiful. We had no major concerns throughout our stay and really enjoyed it. We would definitely return if we are back in this area.
