Comfy and nicely furnished 3 bedroom home (1 King, 1 Queen, 3 twins & 1 Queen sofa sleeper). Read a book on the porch with mountain views. Play a game of Foosball or video games in the LR. Backyard is where it's at! Relax in the spa or hammock. Get a drink and share your memories on the covered patio. A nice BBQ and fire pit feature makes for a relaxing time in the high country fresh air! Enjoy your coffee brewed with RO water. Forgot a pack and play? We get it covered for the little ones too.

Nice simple house. We really enjoyed the hot tub. It was very clean and toasty warm. Master bed/bath is large.Couldn't get the fireplace to work.

Early summer get away

Property was clean, house was clean and beds were comfortable. Communication was good with owner and location was good for our purpose. Would have been nice if back yard had been mowed for anesthetics, but not a show stopper. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Wish I could do 4.5 stars, the only thing that holds it back from 5 was that a few things didn’t work properly, but the host was kind enough to refund a bit. Loved all the games available, kids had a great time, thank you!

Wonderful Weekend

Lovely house that was very open and had everything we needed. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and everything in the house was in wonderful condition. The host was very responsive and made us feel at home. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great home

We traveled with two little dogs so this house was perfect, fenced in yard with a dog door. House was clean, beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. My kids enjoyed the Foose ball table, spa, and liked seeing the horses in the neighborhood. Thank you

Peaceful country home

Photos are representative of the property, although the yard grooming has slipped over the years. The fenced in backyard was large and fun for our dog to explore and run around. The property manager was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. We will certainly consider staying there again.

Nice cool air conditioning and secure fenced yard for our dog .

Enjoyed playing corn hole and foosball games. The home was nice with big fenced in back yard for our dog.

Quick snow get away

We ran out with a friend and our kids for a quick weekend in the snow. The house has a little fenced yard where kids were able to play in the snow. Plenty of inside entertainment as well. The kitchen was fully stocked with all you need to make meals. Communication for any questions was very prompt. Perfect fit for our group!

The pictures on the VRBO do not reflect the current condition of the property. The pictures must be quite old.The house is in dire need of a paint job. Peeling paint both inside and out. The rear deck had a layer of dust and dirt and bird droppings. We had to clean the furniture to use it.The yard was more weeds tham grass and had holes rutes and uneven surface. Walk at yor own risk. The cord to plug in patio lights was wrapped in tape. Did not seem safe. The kitchen is in need of an upgrade. The dishes are plastic and specifically indicate not for use in a microwave. Light swiitch in the living room had no safety plate. The so called fish pound, looks like it has not been used in years. Is in disrepair and had stagnet water. The hammock you see in the picture is in disrepair and not usable. We did not use the hot tub. But it is definately not brand new. There was a hole in the wall near the rear kitchen door. There was dust on the window sills. Overpriced considering the condition. Would not recommend.

Very nice and quiet

This home fit us perfectly for our stay. Great mountain view, quiet, plenty of back yard and more. The hot tub was extremely welcoming after all the driving we did. The only recommendation I have is to replace the faucet in the kitchen but it wasn't unmanageable. Oh and we also couldn't find the dustpan so we used a pizza box, if there isn't one, I'd add that as well. Thank you, I'd definitely recommend staying there.

Quiet, convenient for travel with dogs

The house is as shown in ad, nothing fancy outside, inside is very comfortable inside and upgraded. We went to Flag for a wedding and have two dogs no one can watch due to one being a one person dog. The yard is fenced, the deck was very comfortable during the day, and the house is comfortable and well equipped. Area is spread out and amazingly quiet. Worked out perfect for us. A plus is the bed in the master is great!

Arrival and check in was very easy. The house was not very clean. The floor had crumbs and dirt. I had to vacuum. The vacuum cleaner canister was full of dirt and dust. Overall the house met our needs.

An overall nice place, needs a bit more management

Potential for more. Kitchen was well-stocked, beds were clean and comfortable. Found out after we arrived that yard care hadn't been performed, limiting us to porch use. It's obvious that many things weren't quite ready to go.

Review Photos are not an accurate representation of what the house looks like. It is a manufactured house that has seen better days. The yard has more holes than a southern road. More broken items everywhere you look. Safety The porch railing have definitely seen better days. Dont lean on them. Expose nails on the porch too. Barn door not attached to the railing. Giant hole behind it from someone slamming the door on it. CleanThe amount of dust clearly shows it hasn’t been deep cleaned in a while. Caused a few people allergies to go off. The beds seem better days. The queen bed room had dust coated on everything. Moved the stool, underneath it was a toe or finger nail that clearly been there a while. The top of the fridge hasn’t been cleaned in years. Dust bunny in corner and cobwebs everywhere. Vacuum doesn’t work. Old broom that did nothing to clean up the debris under the furniture Kitchen More drawers broken then working ones. Only one measuring cup, one cookies sheet, no measuring containers. Plenty of pots and pans. Plates/bowls not recommended to be placed in the microwave. House listing. Says one bedroom had three twin beds. Clearly only had two twin beds shoved into the corners. The third twin bed is a roll away cot. Furniture seen better. Leather furniture need to be cleaned. Based on how dirty everything was didn’t want to pull the sofa bed out. The cot clearly isn’t mean for adults.Only plus was the house was big enough for 8 people.

This cabin was great! The location was awesome. It was a quiet neighborhood and you could the stars at night. Every evening we played cards, poker and fuss ball. We visited the Grand Canyon, Walnut Canyon, Meteor Natural Park and Wupatki National Monument. The cabin had a hot tub and the beds were comfortable.

Inside was great, loved the kitchen!

Master Bed was comphy (super important!) Loved the large bathroom and shower. Hot tub, used every day. Open kitchen. Issue with the internet, had to have service out to replace the router. Not a bad thing having no TV for 3 days!! Great back porch. Good fans inside and out. Easy check in and out, property manager easy to communicate with when needed.
