If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.
Colorado Traction Law: From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.
Important Winter Advisory: Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. The best location for skiing and being in town!
Wonderful time and perfect location! House was a great spot for a cozy stay, yet the perfect location to catch a shuttle to the gondolas and walk to dinner in town each night. 10/10 stay and time in breckenridge!

The location and home were fantastic. The bed was a little hard, no soap in the primary bathroom and very little in the bathroom on the 1st floor, and the towels were a little hard.

Great Location
The location was super convenient. We were not there to ski due to the young ages of my grandkids. Easy walk to Main street and grocery store. I talked to the neighbors and thankfully they did not hear the baby crying and we did not hear their dog barking. Plenty of towels and kitchen is stocked with the essentials.

Convenient Location & Great Unit
One of the best things about this unit is that it's in a prime location one block off of Main Street. Close to shopping, dining, and a short walk to the lifts for Peak 9.
Nicely decorated and in very good shape. Loved the radiant heated floors. The hot tub was great, so close, just a few steps outside of the front door.
Property management was very responsive when we called to let them know the hot tub had an issue, it was fixed the next day.
I would recommend this unit.

Fantastic location!!!
Great place for a family vacation, the most amazing location, so easy close and accessible to all the things. House is nice, great community, but the sofa bed mattress needs to be replaced. We had to buy a foam topper while we were there to make it sleepable. Highly recommend, would definitely visit again. You have a designated parking space that is maintained when it snows, but it is often a tight fit for large cars. We have a full-size Yukon and it was very tricky sometimes. Great shopping and food within walking distance. Breckenridge was a total hit with my teenagers.
