Balcony view was good.kitchen was missing a spachla,and the large skillet needs replaced.Non stick coating flaking off. No salt/pepper or spices of any kind.House was clean,nice place.Only two hangers in closet.

Our stay was amazing. The listing states that there are no chairs or toys, but there were plenty in the storage. The pool is close and it was clean. There were plenty of dishes for cooking.Beds and pillows were great.The view is amazing!Honestly, nothing to complain about. We have already talked about booking our next trip here.

This is our second time staying here in the last year. Great location, you are overlooking the lagoon and less than a 10 minute walk from the beach.

Close to the beach and beautiful view

You can see the bay when you are drinking your morning coffee, and a really close walk to the beach. Also, a pool by the house is really nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came down for the Sand in my Boots music festival and this place was the absolute perfect place to stay! The pool is right behind the house and the inlet right behind that. Absolutely stunning sunsets and sunrises. Perfect view from the pool. The walk to the beach wasn't far either. We would absolutely stay here again! The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn't have any issues with our stay!

Location was excellent. Quiet and peaceful. Had everything we needed. Beach was a leisurely 6 min walk. Jen was a dream and so very helpful with booking and questions.

Great location. So Peaceful.

The house was clean. Great location. Short walk to the beach. Pool was not crowded. The only complaint was the bed was very squeaky and uncomfortable in the master bedroom.

Great family vacation

Check in out out was easy. Nice neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. Private peer was a plus. Could use some minor repairs and extra cleaning but overall, we enjoyed the house.

Family vacation

The house was ok clean close to the beach we really liked that.everything was good on the house except it’s time for better beds and the wors part was that the pool wasn’t good to use at the time.over all said I think i would rent again with new beds will recommend 😉

Better than we could’ve hoped for

This was a great property! Amazing location and such a nice little neighborhood. Just a short walk to the beach and such nice ambiance right next to the water. Wish we could’ve used the pool, but it was great even without! We had such a good trip made all the better by this rental. Would absolutely recommend!

Friendcation 🎉

The house was in the perfect spot for our crew ! The beds had sand in them when we arrived( a quick wash did the trick ) , the dishwasher needs to be replaced … all in all though we had the BESTTT vacation . We left a few fun things in the downstairs storage for kiddos to enjoy the beach !! We would 100% stay here again.
