Beachfront, beautifully remodeled, loads of decking and amazing views. Oh, and did we mention beachfront? Step inside and you'll discover solid surface flooring, comfortable seating and a wall of windows that provide a gorgeous view of the Gulf. Two living areas allow for everyone to have their own space.

The Space

The cooks in the group will love the granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. An open floor plan means everyone can join in the fun. The dining table is strategically placed by the windows, so you'll enjoy the scenery, even at mealtimes. There is a beautiful living area with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens onto a Gulf front covered patio. This home sleeps 16. There are 5 bedrooms, and an upstairs loft area that contains a sleep sofa.

Family came from Texas and Kentucky to spend a week at Sunflower. The home was just as described. We have stayed in lots of homes and this kitchen was stocked better than any other! We loved the spacious bedrooms and the view was spectacular! Highly recommend this house!

Great location away from the hustle and bustle. Literally on the beach, making trips to and from the house a breeze with the kids. House was clean with plenty of room for the whole family.

Sunflower is the best!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third time staying at the Sunflower. It's a beautiful location, and the water is close. The house has all the kitchen utensils and appliances to cook great meals. The addition of a refrigerator downstairs made it much easier to have cold drinks without having to climb stairs. It also reduces the need for coolers. New bedding in the master bedroom would be nice.

Only things that need to be addressed are the two reclining chairs in living area, they were pretty bad . Bathrooms could use some upkeep . Enjoyed the rocking chairs on the deck alot!

Easy beach access

Great location and easy beach access. Size of house was good for our family, but online pictures were nicer than actual house. There were ac limitations and noisy windows and doors due to seal issues. House was clean and kitchen was nice.

Family Vacation

My wife and have three adult sons who all have families of their own and they live some distance from us now. So, we don’t get to spend as much time together as we would like. On those rare occasions when we can get everyone together we want it to be in a special and memorable place that we can all enjoy. The Sunflower provided the perfect atmosphere to make those memories. It was in the perfect location and gave us everything we needed to make the most of our precious time. Thank you! Amazing Location; Property Shows Its Age

The location of this house cannot be beaten. For the price, it's an excellent value. With that said, the property is most definitely showing its age. The floors on the main level are quite uneven, with noticeable sagging in the floor as you move away from the support poles below. The property was clean-ish, but we did have to wash the sheets on several of the beds the first day due to sand/hair upon arrival. There was also some concerning staining on one of the comforters. The property manager was extremely responsive, though, and sent a cleaning crew to address our concerns on the second day of our stay. The kitchen is well-stocked with small appliances (I think we counted 3 coffee makers), cookware, and drinkware. There were multiple stock pots available, containers for leftovers, and all manner of small kitchen gadgets (pizza cutter, potato peeler, etc.). The beds were comfortable enough, and we did appreciate that it was a pet-friendly property. Overall, I would recommend the property based on its location and price. If you desire 5-star accommodations, this is not the place for you. If you want an affordable vacation with easy access to the beach and attractions, this is a great option.

Beautiful house. Very spacious. Easy access to the beach. Close enough to shops but away from all the crowds and traffic. Would book again in the future.

Amazing house with great views!

I would absolutely stay at this property again. The views right on the beach are great, and 8 adults could sleep comfortably in the house. 10/10.

Very relaxing

Being able to walk to the beach in just a few steps was awesome. No lines waiting for an elevator like you do at a condo. Rooms were bright and airy. Common area was large enough for our group. Would definitely stay there again.
