Home has large private gulf front balconies on every level to enjoy the gulf breeze and the relaxing sounds of waves crashing. We have everything you need to relax and enjoy!!
This is an amazing home to make memories and host your annual multifamily vacation!

Location location location!!

Absolutely beautiful beach and ocean view!!! House was clean and perfect for 8 adults. Had our annual board retreat and the house had plenty of space. I would highly recommend for family and friends

Great vacation spot for family

We had a wonderful time. The new boardwalk is wonderful, had a steep drop off at the sand but my husband and son made makeshift steps out of lumber to help with transition from boardwalk to beach. Overall, it is well stocked and we had a great time !

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful & clean. We loved it and would definately stay here again. A board walk out to the beach would have been wonderful but we made it fine.

A Lovely Setting for a Family Gathering

We had a fantastic time at this house! The setting and location was ideal for a large family gathering, and the children (all 7 of them, aged 1-7) loved the proximity to the beach. Everything was clean, well-organized, and just as advertised. I would highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to gather their family and make lasting memories together at the beach!

It All Works

Everything worked and 13 of us enjoyed it very much. Had one problem with ice maker and it was fixed within an hour. Place is as advertised, Very nice porch with great furniture and the walkway to the beach was very nice. Elevator is a plus-plus.

Perfect Beach House

What a great vacation house! We were more than impressed by this perfect beach house. The house was perfectly appointed, super clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy a great week on the beach. Perfect location right on the best stretch of Gulf Shores. The house was immaculate and was very comfortable for our group - kids and adults. The host was always available and super accommodating. Could not recommend more. This is a great house!

Great Vacation home for big groups!

The house was great and clean. There was plenty of room and the property manager was excellent. I will stay again with my family. Only thing the place needs is a wooden walk way over the dune. I had elderly parents and it was hard for them to walk over dune. I rate the house 5 stars

Fabulous Gulf Shores

We enjoyed staying here very much! We’re experienced vacation home renters and found this property to be top of the line. It is gorgeous! It is clean, beautifully decorated and has lots of space for large families. We liked that each bedroom was large and had its own bathroom and had large comfortable beds. We appreciated not having bunk beds in the room taking up space when we only wanted to use the big beds. Location on the beach is great and the large balconies were great for people watching. At dusk we watched people with their flashlights on the beach looking for periwinkles. All the twinkling lights were truly magical. We can’t wait to return!

Siblings Trip

We took our first Sibling trip here in many many years. House was beautiful clean and located right on the beach with a nice new walkway to the beach. House a lot of room for our five couples to gather or separate when needed. Had new carpet and new recliners when we arrived. There was an elevator for the ones who needed it ages 63-83. There was a big covered balcony facing the ocean also. Any questions I had were answered via email very quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone with a family gathering. Just please take care of it so it will be just as nice when we return on our next if many visits. Unit had everything we needed in the kitchen also two laundry rooms ice machine and a nice complimentary set up in each bathroom.

Great Beach Home & Perfect Location

We have been staying at this house for 4 years for 1 week during the summer months with our entire family. The number one reason we LOVE this house is that they allowed us to rent it on a Thursday and leave on a Sunday, this flexibility is a HUGE PLUS for this AMAZING HOUSE! The elevator is such a big help for our elderly family members and also helps in bringing in groceries and luggage! There is a covered parking area that was nice to keep some of the cars cooler in the summer heat. Our family is growing so we have outgrown the home. Jessica did a great job helping me with any issues I ever had and she was immediately available when I needed help. The home has a perfect layout, with all of the amenities that we needed for a family of 13. The house has a wonderful covered porch with a beautiful view of the ocean for everyone to hang out together during the day and night. The walkway is so nice and is so helpful for getting the elderly & grandchildren to the beach. We have enjoyed this home and will definitely miss it. We will hopefully bring friends and smaller groups of family back sometime soon. The home has dual air conditioning units which was helpful to accommodate all of different requests for the temperature management. Having laundry facilities upstairs and downstairs was helpful and convenient for all of the family. The home is clean and they do a good job cleaning the home before our arrival, which is not an easy task considering they only have 6 hours between renters to get it ready for a new crew for the next week. The upstairs hall bath could use some mold and moisture mediation. There are mold issues in that bathroom because the moisture doesn't ever leave this bathroom. I used a box fan to try to keep the air moving through it. The showers could all be upgraded by installing shower doors and high powered exhaust fans. I bought magnets for the shower curtains in all the bathrooms because the shower curtains are too short so they fly in on you while you shower which makes it hard to keep the water from leaking out on the floors. The bedding could be upgraded with nicer pillows with pillow protectors, higher quality sheets, blankets, and bedding. We took our own sheets and blankets every year because that is important to us. Overall the house is ideal in every way! The beach is our happy place and this house was our favorite that we have had in 20 years of traveling to Gulf Shores for family vacation! We are Thankful for this house and all of the memories it has given us over the years!

Above and beyond customer service!!!

First let me say, the service was insanely good! All correspondence and questions were immediately answered. They even brought us an extra hair dryer..on a Saturday..not the most urgent thing, but done! The inside was clean with new carpet and paint, very nice. Location is excellent. Washers and dryers upstairs and downstairs was a plus for our large group. Extra beach towels supplied by owner and plenty of beach toys. Very nice touch! Plenty of parking with large driveway. The kitchen is nice and well appointed. The built in ice maker was AWESOME!!!! We really enjoyed not having to buy ice. Also, they supply a really nice margarita machine….soooo what’s not to love about that! Now there are a few minor constructive criticisms: The upstairs AC stopped working the last 2 days of our trip. It was cold so no big deal, but will need service I suspect. The outside of the house is a little rough and in need of paint and stain: a lot of corrosion on metal surfaces. I suspect the outside renovations are coming soon as the inside was fresh and clean. There is no boardwalk over the dunes, but there was a bunch of wood stored on the back patio area: I suspect one will be built soon. The fitted sheets in the master bedroom and several other beds did not fit properly and we were constantly readjusting them..kind of a pain in the middle of the night. Guests should know that an elevator is advertised with the house, but it’s locked and we were not able to use it. The property manager Jessica is outstanding. We’ve rented several houses over the years on the beach at Gulf Shores, and I can’t remember better experience with management. Thanks for a wonderful week.

Fall Break

The house was amazing. The rooms were large and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The entire house was very clean. The carpets were stained but the property manager warned me ahead of time and said that a professional service was coming after our visit. The view from the upstairs porch off the master bedroom was amazing. Check in and check out we’re simple. Beautiful home.
