The Space
Inside, you’ll find a bright, open floor plan with brand-new flooring, stylish furniture, and coastal-inspired décor that gives the home a fresh, relaxing “beachy” feel. The spacious living room showcases panoramic Gulf views—so stunning, you might forget the TV is there!

The kitchen has been completely refreshed with granite countertops and newly painted cabinets, making it feel clean, crisp, and ready for family meals or happy hour prep. The large dining table and countertop seating provide room for everyone to gather.

Step out onto the new covered porch to enjoy sea breezes and al fresco meals. There's even a bonus sitting area off the southwest King suite, complete with a smart TV—great for unwinding after a day at the beach.

Wonderful Vacation!

It was very clean, well stocked and comfortable.Short walk to the beach, only thing is we had to climb or duck under the rope from the back yard to walk over to the beach. House was next to a public parking lot, I assuming for the guests in the neighborhood, but never seemed to bother us. A few pictures need to be updated. The driveway is concrete not sand which was great and the porch off one bedroom is now an enclosed room with an extra twin/trundle bed and t, which was great for one of the kids to stay near their parents.The small pool closest to the house was very clean and was a great plus for the kids to swim at night after a day on the beach.Dee Dee, the property manager was great, she noticed the grill needed to be replaced and she had new one there the next day.The beach was nice but it seemed like no one cleaned up after themselves. They left their stuff overnight and there were chairs and broken canopies that people just left instead of throwing them away. (Which of course, I know this is not the properties fault).We had a great time and are looking forward to visiting this area again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wow! This was a beautiful, simple, clean home in a great location. Such an easy walk straight to the beach! Rooms were large and clean! I didn't see a single bug the entire visit, which was awesome, compared to other past rentals. Kitchen was well stocked and appliances worked well. Loved having a crockpot too! My only 'complaint" was that the pool stayed pretty crowded and that it's very hard to see through the pool water. I've never been in a pool where you can't see the bottom, but I didn't like that, while watching 3 kids. Looking forward to future visits to this gorgeous property.

Great house and location

This was our first trip to the Gulf Shores area. We stayed for 5 days and had 8 guests (6 kids and 2 adults). This house was perfect. It is a short walk to the beach and the house is very clean and had plenty of space. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice, and the area around the neighborhood is mostly undeveloped, so it is a pretty relaxing area. The house is next to a public parking lot for beach access, so it does get a little busy during the day, but not too bad. It's about a 10-15 minute drive to the restaurants and stores. Be sure to bring your own toilet paper, trash bags and soaps because they only give one roll of toilet paper per bathroom regardless of your group size or length of stay, one trash bag per trashcan, and no shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The management company was quick to respond with any questions. Overall, a great stay.

Good place

The house is good, but we had to call the property manager because the shower on the main bathroom is broken, all the showers' curtains was dirty and one with blood on it, they did send one guy to take out the curtains to clean those, was good, but I think is better change those. Also, the other person who came to check the shower just put black tape in the shower and said he will be back with the piece to change but he never came back. Other thing please check the faucets at showers and kitchen because is not cool water on some of those. after this the house is good

Dream On - Feb 2024

She is so easy to work with and gets back with answers to questions same day. Creating a reservation and payment processing was very easy. We stayed for 3 months this winter at Dream On and love everything about this house. It is great to have everything on one floor. The view beachside is stunning with a large deck and screen porch overlooking the ocean and beach. During December we had the privilege of the Blue Angels practicing right in front of Fort Morgan beach 2-3 times a day. The kitchen and dining area are spacious and it has everything you need to make large or small family meals. We appreciated the Keurig duo coffee maker as we both drink different blends. Bedrooms are spacious and it was nice to have bedrooms on both sides of the house when family came to visit for a week at a time. Everyone loved the large sectional couch and mentioned how comfortable it was. Morgantown is a beautiful and safe neighborhood where everyone is friendly and dog walking is a lifestyle plus it was fantastic to be able yo take our dog only the beach and for the most part most people follow the guidelines and keep their furry friends on a leash and pickup after them. Pools are clean and well maintained. Water is Not heated but that wouldn’t stop my 9 year old nephew from enjoying the pool and brisk swim. My only suggestion is to touch up paint on front rails and master bathroom and guest bath trim. It was also disappointing to not have a working gas fireplace for a few cold snaps during January. Other than that it truly is a Dream of a Vacation Home. We also appreciated the fantastic help from DeeDee and her Husband. Both are so friendly and always only a phone call or text away from problem solving with a smile. Beach Bliss, but Cleaning is a Miss

This property has so much going for it! Close proximity to beach with easy access (we walked out the back & through the parking lot). Neighborhood was very nice & well-kept. The house had a great layout, we had a group of 8 adults & never felt cramped. We loved the back porch with gulf views & the front porch for watching sunsets. We liked the location with several restaurants, a fish market, & a couple stores nearby. Plenty of parking. The beach was lovely & not too crowded, even on Memorial Day Weekend. This property would easily be 4.5 or 5 stars if it wasn’t for how disappointed we were with the cleanliness. Upon arrival, it was clear that this property had not been cleaned thoroughly, other than the absolute minimum of changing sheets & towels, wiping down surfaces, & cleaning the floors. My husband & I spent an hour cleaning the bathrooms & kitchen with a scrub brush we found in the laundry room. The showers, tub, & sinks hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There was mold/mildew growing behind the kitchen sink & in the hall bathtub. There were piles of dirt & debris in the corners & behind doors. There was even coffee left in the coffee pot. We tried our best to remedy the situation with what we had, but the last thing you want to do when you arrive on vacation is clean someone else’s house, especially when paying a cleaning fee. Overall, the house itself is great, in a great location, & has so much potential, but it was overshadowed by the lack of cleanliness.

The location is perfect, I could settle without being beachfront as this location is equally close. It also is a short walk to one of the pool areas when the beach gets too dark.The decor was nice and updated as well as the appliances. I appreciate that it was dog friendly without compromising what it offered. A couple of hours before check-in the staff text me and I was able to communicate with them directly for any problems, they responded quick with random questions I had and was always polite.The house was clean and beds were comfortable. We come to Morgantown every year and are planning to book this house again when that time comes. Overall, this was a great experience and my family had a great time. See you next year!

Very nice place

We love everything about this house..the size is perfect for two families traveling together, and the boardwalk to the beach is only a few steps out the back door! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and eating at the house. Jen from Coastal View Vacations is so friendly and easy to work with! We can't wait to visit again!

Great vacation!

We enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and easy access to the beach. The pet friendly setup was great!
