Location was superb!!

Great spot for beach or pool. Right in the middle! Ample beds for everyone to sleep in. Separate icemaker was unexpected surprise!

Family trip

The house was perfect for what we were looking for. Some updates/ repairs are needed. A little TLC and this would be perfect. The neighborhood was great. We had a great time and would return.

Very nice location. Short walk to the beach. Pool, and tennis. Bathrooms need to be cleaned better. They did offer to clean the next day, but we took care of it that evening so we did not have to be around the mess.

Close to the beach

There were some minor issues, but they were resolved quickly. Upstairs king bed was pretty worn out. Kitchen was missing a few important items for cooking. But we had a wonderful time. Loved the location!

Nice House In A Great Little Neighborhood!

I must say it, We love this little neighborhood! Quiet and friendly. Not too close to town but close enough to go in to shop or dine or drive gokarts and take dolphin cruises. Very close to the marina and restaurant, close to the ferry, The neighborhood offers a calm and restful place to swim and go to the beach.The house was clean enough, and roomy enough, but could really use an outside seating area for those excellent Gulf Coast evenings and mornings. We really wished for a place to gather. The kitchen has great storage and counter space and the fridge is pretty roomy and has a basic icemaker. Dining seating was a bit awkward. We also thought we'd love to know the previous color scheme because there were huge paint change clues, like a vibrant green on a door showiing through.Some of the houses in this neighborhood have extra bathrooms in the laundry room and it was a feature we kind of missed. So instead of ending on a whiny note, the house was pleasant, cool, lots of storage and closet space, and the upstairs would be perfect for a bunch of movie watching game playing kids on rainy days, or too hot days when they need a sun break. This was a very comfy spot with the best bed in the house, or, as one of the kids said, "on earth". There is a huge closet up there, the big bathroom, and a nice space that would be good for maybe another bed or a place to put an airbed or game table.

Thanksgiving family trip

The property was not clean and we had to sweep, wash thr linens on the beds and dirty sanitizer on everything. It was late Wednesday night before th we holiday and I was very disappointed. I will not rent from theid Reed Real Estate again

Great stay

We loved staying around this area. It was quiet and the house is a great distance from the beach and pool areas. It was accommodating for 12 of us and plenty of room for us!

Another Day in Paradise

This VRBO has a good location in reference to the beach and pool. Cleanliness wasn’t its strong suit. If you looking for a luxury 5 star house look elsewhere but if you just want somewhere to sleep and eat then this is a good option.

Another Day in Paradise

We had a wonderful week here and the house worked well for our large family. The beach is just a short walk away. We initially had trouble getting into the house but got someone from Reed real estate on the phone right away and she got us right in. I knew from previous reviews that cleanliness had been an issue in the past and when we arrived the house wasn’t filthy but not as clean as I expected. In their defense I think there’s a shortage of housekeepers and I could tell they had done the job hurriedly. The floors were sandy and linens were questionable. We didn’t call and request a re-cleaning as we weren’t comfortable with that so I just swept and cleaned anything I wasn’t satisfied with. The kitchen had everything we needed except a crockpot which I brought along as that’s not always standard. We had a lovely week here and overall we’re mostly satisfied.

Adult Family Vacation

We had four couples (eight adults) and two small dogs with us. The location and layout of the house was perfect and we definitely could have comfortably had more people. The beach was a quick walk away and was not overly crowded even on Memorial Day weekend. Highly suggest this house and other Reed Real Estate properties!

Good house

This house was in a really good location for beach and pool. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable but not the cleanest, like there was small pool of nail polish dried on our bed covers. Although, we would rent again.

Deborah, I am truly sorry you did not enjoy your stay. I see that you did not call us to report any issues that could have been addressed immediately. Each home is under contract with a local pest control company and we could have called them out the same day to spray for the ants, as well as, had the housekeeper back down to take care of any missed items. First vacation in AL

The overall experience was okay. Had an issue with ants and the property was not exactly clean meaning it could have been a lot cleaner. Location was great!

Great for extended family

The property was perfect for our extended family. The upstairs was a great space for the family with multiple kids while the downstairs space worked great for the smaller families. The location was great, close to both the beach and the pool. The property was clean and the property manager was wonderful to work with.
