Great location

We loved the aces to the beach and pools. A very safe community. We were very comfortable with letting the teens go back and forth from the beach and house by themselves. Some of the furniture could be replaced or repaired. Other than that we were very happy with our stay.

Last minute fall break with pups

We decided to go to the beach last minute. We knew we would have to bring the dogs so we were happy to find a dog friendly place. We loved the location. Convenient to the beach access and the pool! The home was very clean with plenty of room and everything we needed. Perfect for our dogs too! We will definitely try to book here again with the whole family

We recently stayed at a beautiful beach vacation house, and it was everything we had hoped for and more! The location was perfect—just steps away from the beach, with stunning ocean views right from the porch. The house itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-furnished with all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking meals a breeze, and the open living area was perfect for spending time with family. One of the highlights was the outdoor space. Three large balconies with comfortable seating was ideal for relaxing with a morning coffee or wine enjoying sunrises and sunsets. There was even a grill for a perfect beach barbecue. The bedrooms were cozy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights after long days of sun and surf. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to local restaurants and shops. The hosts were very responsive and provided great recommendations for activities in the area. Overall, this beach house exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return for another relaxing getaway! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene, beachside retreat.

Perfect Location and Lots of Room

This was our first time in Alabama and the Ft. Morgan area. We couldn't have asked for a better location and accommodations. We were steps from the boardwalk to the beach and right across from the pool. Bedrooms and bathrooms were exactly as expected and check-in/check-out were simple. I would certainly stay here again!Weloved every minute of our stay!

Amazing House Close to the Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was pretty dang perfect! Not only is the location AMAZING for the price (beach boardwalk and pool literally across the street), but there was tons of room to accommodate our family. The kitchen is pretty fully stocked with utensils and cooking supplies. They have a coffee pot and Keurig, small Crock Pot, and stock pot for boils (among many other things). As with most rentals, there is only a small starter supply of things like dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels... Make sure to bring your own. There are also no chairs, beach toys, or umbrellas for guest use, so keep that in mind. The neighborhood is so quaint and quiet. The pool can still be pretty noisy after dark, but we never heard anything past 10 pm. My ONLY complaint is that there are NO shades/blinds on the windows. My husband and I stayed in the King room on the 2nd floor and when the sun came up at 6:00, the room was flooded with light. There are curtains, but they're sheer. None of the bedrooms have blinds on them. It's such a bummer because I was so looking forward to sleeping in. Other than that, this place is awesome! Do yourself a favor and book it NOW!

Great Location

Can't beat the location for being just off the beach. Very short walk across the street to the boardwalk. Furniture needs updating, but was fine for us. WiFi was very weak-couldn't load Hulu or Netflix, could barely load videos on our phones, so that was a downer at night after being out. It was chilly and windy the week we were there, but we made the most of it as a family getaway.

We had a wonderful time - great views and each of the porches came in handy during different times of the day and evening. There is some wear & tear on the house (broken/loose steps at the back, loose doorknobs, etc.) but we felt the property was priced accordingly. The home is for sale and I hope the next owners spruce things up before we come back to stay here again (and we certainly plan to do so!).

Awesome Location

We were very impressed with the location of the home. Very close to beach access and the pool. The community is very nice and quiet, beaches were not crowded at all. We had a few questions before our trip and they were answered very promptly. Communication was great. We will definitely be looking to stay here again!

One Week in Paradise!

Even though it rained part of every day, we were able to enjoy the beach and the pool and the house while it rained. Plenty of room for all of us. The furniture in the living room could (should be) updated but it was comfortable. And a new grill would be useful. The one there is not usable. Overall, we had a great week and I would consider this rental for a future vacation!

We enjoyed our stay in this house. The livingroom furniture isn’t great, but it was good enough for us. The beds were so comfortable. The walk to the beach is short. There is lots of area to park. We also enjoyed the porches. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, responsive management team

The house was as described. The porches are great with nice furniture, views of the ocean and a great spot in the afternoon to get away from the sun but still see the ocean. The mattress in the master was great. Two issues, the front pool was closed all week due to maintenance issues but that is not the home owners fault. It reopened as we were leaving. The second issue was palmetto bugs during the week. We did not reach out to the property manager until late Thursday after seeing and killing about 10. The property management company was very responsive and had an exterminator out the next morning. We should have called earlier. The house is a five minute walk to the beach and very convenient. I

Spring break softball tournament trip

Wonderful Spring Break

The beach was one block and that gave the sandTime to fall off and not get in the house.The staff was wonderful, friendly and very helpful when the fire alarm kept going off the first night. I called and they fixed the problem in 15 minutes! I highly recommend Kokomo rental.

Thanksgiving Stay

The KoKoMo was a wonderful property that was clean and great location to the beach. Our only complaint was the lack of Wi-Fi - we work, even on holiday, which was very challenging. Otherwise, we highly recommend this property!

Reviewer Comments: I rented the house but, because of foot surgery, was not able to attend the planned family vacation.If there had been an elevator or even a cargo lift, I could have attended. However, my kids and grandkids loved it. It was convenient to the beach and pool, the decor was lovely, and the kitchen well stocked. A real plus was that it was pet friendly. They definitely want to go back!
