Encantadora casa de campo de 4 dormitorios y 2 baños a pocos pasos del Golfo de México. Sea testigo de increíbles puestas de sol y vistas del golfo desde la cubierta, con áreas cubiertas y descubiertas. Fort Morgan tiene playas de azúcar blanco y agua azul verdosa. Disfrute de la privacidad de la playa, camine o busque conchas marinas, o disfrute de las muchas actividades en el área cercana de Gulf Shores y Orange Beach. Observe a los delfines nadar y tomar el sol y la belleza virgen de esta área. No hay condominios cerca, pequeñas multitudes. No fumar y no mascotas.

Esta cabaña es perfecta para una familia que busca una escapada de vacaciones en la playa. El lote es grande y hay mucho espacio para extenderse afuera. Hay una gran terraza parcialmente cubierta que proporciona el lugar perfecto para tomar un café por la mañana, comer fuera, o simplemente sentarse y disfrutar de la brisa del Golfo y escuchar el sonido de las olas.

La cabaña cuenta con cuatro dormitorios y dos baños y una ducha exterior de agua fría / caliente cerrada. El sofá cama Queen y el futón de tamaño completo, junto con los dormitorios, brindan espacio para dormir para 12. La cocina está totalmente equipada con cafetera, tostadora, licuadora, procesador de alimentos, plancha y muchos platos y piezas para servir.

This is our second stay at this location and we absolutely love it. Close proximity to the beach, lots of beach toys/items on site, the outside shower is a winner along with the extra fridge in the storage downstairs. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time. The cottage was well stocked and well maintained. There was plenty of room for all. We loved the location and beach access. Far enough away from Gulf shores to enjoy the peace and quiet but close enough if you want to go into the area to eat, shop, or hang out. The host was great, reached out prior to our dates, and we spoke during our stay when i had a question and the day we left. For me and my family it was 10/10 we are already looking at dates to reserve next year!

Great view

Loved the location to the beach, 12 people a little crowded but we made it work. Loved sitting on the deck and listening to the waves.

2024 Fall Vacay before treatment

Upon arrival, the property seemed to be fine. Once inside, the floors were dirty, smelled and found girls panties in twin bed room.. before we unpacked. I went to store to purchase cleaning items while my husband washed all linens. That night all of started saying we were getting bites, I called the owner and told her there must be animals or something and she said sometimes that happens. Told me where the vacuum was but didn’t not offer anything further. The house shakes just from walking the stairs or from one part of house to next, there are several soft spots in flooring. The windows were nailed shut so we could not let fresh air in. The beds were horrible and lumpy. Overall the initial pre check in correspondence was wonderful, showered it just went all down hill from there and we ended up checking out early and stayed with friends. This needs a lot of renovation. This property cost us the same as a property on the beach with same beds/baths and newly updated. I would rate this maybe a 3/10.

Believe the reviews - this is the place!

This was our third time renting a house in Fort Morgan, and TOOT was by far our favorite of the three houses we have rented. The owners were very helpful with pre-arrival communication and answered our questions promptly. The house was clean, comfortable, and plenty big enough for our family of five - our three kids definitely appreciated each having a bedroom of their own! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great being so close to the beach. Some added touches that we appreciated: the wooden deck beneath the house (much nicer than trudging through sand!), the lower level wooden swing, the second refrigerator in the storage room, the spacious outdoor shower with two shower heads, the conveniently located garden hose for cleaning off sandy feet, and the covered porch with plenty of seating. The only thing we missed was filtered tap water - we have gotten used to having that at home, and the tap water in this location tasted a little strange, especially in ice cube form, but this could be easily remedied with a Brita pitcher or filter attached to the faucet, or guests just using bottled water. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this house to other renters!

Great location

East access to the beach. The house was exactly what we needed for a great getaway. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to get a secluded vacation on the beach.

Fort morgan is awesome

Beach house has great location. Its well stocked with pretty much anything you need. Beach is perfect for all ages and not crowded. Gulf shores is close if you need more action. Our family of ten thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house

A perfect family vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Toot, the most perfect beach house for our family. We had plenty of room for our family of six (ages 18 & up)! The house was well-stocked with all of the kitchen supplies we needed. We also enjoyed the supply of beach chairs, floaties, umbrellas, etc. The owners were very responsive and helpful throughout our entire trip. Everything about our stay was just perfect and we hope to be back again soon. Thank you!

Great quiet getaway

Thanks, Linda and Bill! Beautiful house and very close to the beach. Very relaxing and quiet. Perfect size for our family. We enjoyed it immensely. The hosts responded in good time to all questions. The house was clean and has all you need, especially if you like to cook your own meals!

Love this place!

Smaller rooms yet perfect place for our family and friends! Beautiful deck with ocean view and a nice downstairs outdoor area with grill, picnic tables and outdoor shower. Perfect location to the beach! Communication with owners was quick and very helpful. Will stay here again!

This was the perfect vacation for us. The house was located in a quiet area. The view was great. The owner was so good to let us know if there were things we needed to watch for. We would for sure do it again 😊

Great family vacation spot

Our family enjoyed staying here for our vacation. It was clean and had everything we needed, down to a garlic press. We loved the big island in the kitchen, made cooking so easy. Our favorite thing was the front deck. Loved having it covered with a picnic table for eating and the other end is open for enjoying dance parties and seeing the gulf waves. I highly recommend this lovely beach house for your family.

Perfect Stay

We stayed for 6 weeks and our stay could not have been any better. The owners were great. Very responsive with any questions we had. The location, just across the street from the Gulf, was outstanding. We will definately stay again when visiting the Gulf Shores.

Absolutely perfect!

This place was adorable. Enough space for all 6 of us. The big kitchen island or the deck is where we ate, played games and hung out, if we weren't at the beach or site seeing. 2 min walk to the beach. We loved sitting on the deck just listening to the ocean. Great place, quiet, beaches not crowded....loved it all!!

Very cute and user friendly home. Loved the outdoor shower. Kitchen was very convenient for family cooking and family meal time. Easy beach access from the home. Well stocked with chairs, good charcoal grill, fish cleaning area, extra fridge, great space underneath home for hanging out. Bedrooms and bathrooms were sufficient. Covered porch area with seating was nice to enjoy. Easy check-in and check-out. Homeowners had great communication, thank you. Will most certainly consider staying here again.

Great beach cottage for family getaway

We enjoyed the 2nd row cottage with easy access to the beach. The wraparound porch is wonderful and spent a lot of time out there admiring the gulf views. There is a Huge kitchen island for everyone to gather around for meals. The AC worked perfectly even in 100 degree heat. We really enjoyed our stay.

Well maintained and convenient

The house has been renovated and is in good shape. A nice covered porch on the top floor and a nice covered patio on the ground floor complete with a porch swing. Convenient enclosed outdoor shower and additional ground floor refrigerator and storage room for beach equipment. The house is right across the road from the beach and is very convenient.

Wonderful vacation!

House was on the small side but very efficient and charming. Very well furnished. Very cool and dry. Location was ideal with partial view and quick access to the beach. Owners were excellent to communicate with. It was a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

It is our home away from home, and we are always pleased to be able to share it with our guests so they can experience the relaxing and beautiful beaches of Fort Morgan. We are "locals" who live about an hour away, and take pride in personally maintaining and overseeing our beach cottage for our guests.
