Patricia's Cottage is freshly updated and provides a great lake experience in a rural lake neighborhood. It is perfect for couples, families, or fishermen looking for a space with a nearby private dock and boat ramp, and in close proximity to a beach, hiking, fishing, or golfing, where you can have fun, relax, and unwind. There is plenty of outdoor space for yard games and for the kids to run and play. The back patio is a great spot to cozy up and watch the deer with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

MAXIMUM GUESTS
Eight (8) guests is the maximum number allowed at the cottage. It will sleep up to 8 inside the cottage or 2 to 3 can sleep in the bunk house. The bunk house is considered to be the 3rd bedroom.

* Up to two (2) potty trained dogs, 50lbs or less each, is allowed. A non-refundable pet fee of $50 is required. Notify Host at the time of booking if you are bringing a furry friend. No dogs on furniture. Please crate if leaving unattended.
