With a total surface of more than 160m², la VILLA LA HULOTTE offers on the ground-floor:
* An entrance hall.
* A large living room of more than 60m², bathed in light and largely open onto the outside thanks to its two bay windows. It offers:
- a comfortable living area with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV board with a flat TV screen
- and a formal dining area with a long modern table, 16 seats and a buffet.
* Largely open to the living room thanks to its bar furniture, the kitchen is perfectly equipped to prepare on site all the delicious products of the Périgord brought from the nearby markets. The electrical equipment is new and of high quality.
* A laundry room with a sink, washing machine, iron and iron board, an large fridge/freezer is also available on the groundfloor

The first sleeping area is located in the extension of the dining room, very quiet with its small hall and corridor. It offers:
* A first double room elegantly furnished with a large double bed (160cmx200cm), two bedside tables, a wardrobe with shelves and drawers and a small desk. Its glassed door offers an access to the main terrace.
* A second double bedroom, also furnished with a large double bed (160cmx200cm), two bedside tables, a wardrobe with shelves and drawers and a desk.
* A beautiful modern shower-room with a wash-basin, an walk in tiled shower and toilet completes this first sleeping area.

* The third double bedroom on the ground floor is located on the other side of the house, accessible from the entrance hall. It offers a large double bed (160cmx200cm), two bedside tables, a wardrobe/ closet and two armchairs. Its glassed door leads to the terrace.
* It benefits from a beautiful private shower room with Italian tiled shower, vanity unit and washbasin
* Separate toilets complete this level.

The third sleeping area is located upstairs, accessible from the beautiful wooden staircase from the entrance. It offers:
* A fourth double bedroom, with a double bed (140cmx200cm), two bedside tables, a wardrobe with shelves, a chest of drawers and a large mirror

* The superb swimming pool - reserved of course for your sole and exclusive use - promises beautiful moments of farnente! It is 10m long x 5m large x 2m deep and is fully fenced to offer a perfect security to the young holidaymakers. It is equipped with sunbeds and parasols.

La VILLA LA HULOTTE is set on the side of the small picturesque village of Veyrines de Domme, approached by a winding lane off the D53. Being on the south side of the river Dordogne, the house is equi-distant from two convenient bridges crossing the river at Allas-les-Mines and Castelnaud.
It is therefore ideal to explore the Dordogne river valley and the Vezere valley.

The famous Sarlat, "jewel of the Black Périgord", the listed village of Castelnaud, Domme, La Roque Gageac, Beynac, all voted as "one of the most beautiful village of France" are within a 15km radius.

Canoeing, horse riding, swiming in the dordogne river, walking, hot air balooning, golfing ... so much to do and to see in the immediate vicinity!
