Be sure to check a map!

Shame on me for not checking a map before reserving! The address is Gulf Shores, but this property is actually almost to Fort Morgan, meaning a 30-minute drive to the nearest grocery store and most restaurants. Luckily, I’d packed all we needed for our short stay. The beach is gorgeous, and the pools are great. This unit is quite tiny, and the photos are a bit misleading. There’s enough room to walk around the queen bed, but just barely. There is one room that is living, eating & kitchen (no dishwasher, single sink, 3’ of prep area). We were comfortable, but it’s a shame that the furnishings were cheap to begin with and now are very worn.

Furniture very dated and dirty. Property needs to be deep cleaned. There was so much dust on the air purifier and around the doorway by the ac exchange. The sponge intended for dishes was already used and smelled like cleaner. The grounds were GREAT no complaints there.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very dated furniture that is dirty. Needs deep cleaned. Property was dusty. Air purifier looked like it had not been wiped or filters changed in a very long time. The sponge to clean dishes was not new and smelled like cleaner and chemicals. Overall it felt dirty and dingy. I would not stay at this unit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was a little small for a family of 4, but we made it work. The accessibility to the beach was great. It wasn’t as crowd as being the in the heart of Gulf Shores Beach. A downfall is the laundry situation. It is expensive to use the machines, the laundry app for the phone didn’t work, the machines didn’t work part of the stay and you need a lot of quarters to use them.

Nice last minute stay

We booked a last minute trip is was in a nice area and room was clean and well put together with the essential however we couldn't get connected to the wifi but it wasn't a big deal for our two night stay. Overall enjoyed!

Bug spray smell so strong we had to keep doors and windows open.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We first got there you could smell bug spray . Then we started seeing cockroaches. I called lady over place. She said she would send someone. The bug spray smell was coming from other rooms next door ( they were doing construction) so was the bugs. I have pictures.

Perfect spot for 2 people and fold out couch for short stay guests. Very clean upon arrival; super responsive; fantastic communication on check-in/out, amenities, what to bring, etc. Restaurant in condo next door. Boardwalk and pools just steps away. Like first floor access and laundry just outside the door. We have booked in again for next year and have friends who want to join us after they saw our unit. We can't wait!

Very nice vacation

Great little condo equipped with everything to make an enjoyable vacation. Easy access for packing and unpacking luggage, sassy bass is a 30 yard walk away. Will definitely be back.
