If exploring is high on your list, the location of this gem cannot be beat. A very short drive to some of the Valley’s best restaurants, including local favorites such as La Grande Orange, Steak 44, The Henry, Chelsea’s Kitchen, OHSO, Buck’n Rider, and more! Old Town Scottsdale is only a few miles away. There, you’ll find more destination spots people travel from across the country to enjoy, such as the best Spring Training experiences and top-notch restaurants like Mastro’s City Hall, NOBU, Ocean’s 44, and The Mission, to name a few.

Breweries and restaurants dot the canal, and nearly all of them have outdoor seating and bike racks to accommodate outdoor enthusiasts (and probably some canine friends, as well) on their adventures.

Once the rental agreement + guest verification have been signed you will receive the keyless entry code. You will have access to the entire home except the owners locked closet.

You'll also find a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent.

MAX GUESTS: The listing sleeps 10 people total, which includes the total count of adults and kids.

We offer 24/7 on-demand Concierge Services. Extra fees apply for this service. It includes anything from restaurant reservations, special requests, in-home chef, amenity arrangements, mid-stay cleaning service, and more.

HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please take a moment to read through the following before booking. We want your stay to be enjoyable and stress-free for everyone.

🎉 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS-
State law strictly prohibits parties or events at this property. This is a residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

The home is equipped with Noise Aware, a noise monitoring device, which measures decibel levels only- it does not record audio or video. We will be notified if noise exceeds acceptable limits. Please be aware that violating local noise ordinances carries an initial fine of $2,000.

📷 SECURITY CAMERAS
For the safety of guests and the property, we have one security camera at the front door and one camera at the garage. There are no cameras inside the home.

✅ RENTAL AGREEMENT and GOVERNMENT ID – REQUIRED
This property requires a rental agreement and a government-issued ID within 24 hours of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until verification is completed.

Access will not be provided without successful completion.

As part of verification, guests will be asked to:
• Submit a valid government-issued ID
• Sign a Rental Agreement and Pre-arrival Form

The ID must match the primary guest name on the reservation.

⚠️ CANCELLATION POLICY RELATED TO VERIFICATION
If you choose not to complete verification, please cancel your reservation yourself within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund (if eligible under cancellation policy).

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations resulting from a refusal, delay, or failure to complete verification after that window. We are unable to cancel reservations on behalf of guests who did not complete this step.

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:
•NO SMOKING of any kind anywhere on property! No cigarettes, cannabis, vape, or cigars.
•No pets without prior approval, including service animals. We do allow one dog with a $200 non-refundable pet fee.
•No cats allowed due to guest allergies.
•No guests that are not on the reservation or otherwise approved.

SERVICE PROVIDERS:
We’re committed to keeping each PHX Stays home in pristine condition so you can fully relax during your stay. From time to time, our trusted service providers (landscapers, pest control, etc.) may stop by to care for the property. These visits are scheduled carefully to minimize disruption, and they help ensure that everything stays beautiful and well-maintained for you and future guests.
