Stunning contemporary 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms house in desired Cascade Highlands neighborhood. Open design with vaulted ceiling, floor to ceiling windows, large back yard with garden and Kio pond. This ultimate retreat includes: Two Master suites with three additional bedrooms, formal dinning, living rooms with natural stone fireplaces, antique billiard table, spa, sauna, and so much more...Prime location next to restaurants and groceries stores, and only 15mins to the Airport!

The Space

There are total of five bedrooms located in the house. The space could accommodate 14 people, 2-car garage, air conditioned and heating, washer/dryer in unit.

There are plenty of space for parking. You can park two cars in the garage, and also 2 on the drive-way, there's also free street parking available.

A total of five bedrooms:
-Bedroom#1 is the master suite, which has a king size bed, brand-new mattress, walk-in closet, and full bathroom with shower.
-Bedrooms#2 is the second master suite with two full-size bed, brand-new mattresses, large bathroom with spa and showers, and a large walk-in closet with a queen size air mattress. Bedroom#1 and #2 are both located on the upper level.
-Bedroom #3 and #4 both are on the lower level (3 steps lower than the main level) with queen-size beds, and closets.
-Bedroom#5 is on the main level (same level with the living room, kitchen and dining room), with a queen-size bed. This room will be great for elders in your group as it requires less walking up/down stairs.

Perfect spacious home

Check in was simple and we appreciated the use of the garage and remote control. Kitchen clean, well equipped and had nice big windows for light in the home. Big outdoor areas for relaxing and pool table was a hit for the teenagers!

Old lady tennis team championship

We truly enjoyed this lovely home. There was room for our whole tennis team to relax, reenergize, and commune. The pool and ping pong was an added bonus. The house was even better than the advertising.

Family reunion

We enjoyed our stay very much. This is a comfortable and well equipped house for a large group. It has been convenient to our needs... restaurants, grocery stores, and our reason for traveling here, a party . Our granddaughter was married last fall and the two families gathered to celebrate.

Vancouver Trip

We had a wonderful stay. It was great to have the pool table and ping pong table to enjoy family fun. The place is definitely large enough for a big group. Note that fireplace is not operative as the owner has not had it inspected and approved for use yet. It is conveniently located for downtown, shopping, access to highways for travel to hikes, etc. Great communication and response time from host.

Rainy but sweet

Our stay just after Christmas was fantastic. The pool table/ping pong was great entertainment for the family while the rain poured our entire visit. So unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the back yard. The sauna was a great treat.

Overall functional. Maintenance needed in several areas: dishwasher not secured, shower in NE bathroom (cow skin rug) needs Serious cleaning, many drawer pulls and hinges loose.Backyard needs cleanup. Seating insufficient for allowable occupancy.Check water level in Koi pond.

Lovely home in great neighborhood

We had a little family reunion in this spacious home. Having 4 full bathrooms was so convenient! Played a lot of ping pong and enjoyed the sauna, what a treat! If weather had been warmer the back deck is awesome. Great kitchen to cook for a group, could not have asked for more!

Friend's reunion

6 senior women stayed in this lovely home for our annual reunion. There was lots of room to spread out. Beds were comfortable. We used the outside seating a lot and enjoyed the beautiful yard. It is located close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. We ordered pizzas from Leonardos. It was amazing

Perfect home for a large gathering

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious home for our family reunion! Plenty of bathrooms; two upstairs suites, and a well-stocked kitchen. We had 8 adults and two small children in our group. The younger adults played ping-pong and pool constantly, and there was room to spread out and plenty of space for dinner and games one night for our Vancouver family to join us. We weren't able to enjoy the large patio outside due to weather, but did use the sauna several times. I Highly recommend this property for any large gathering.

House was very clean (except for the fridge) but sub-par on comfort. Beds were uncomfortable and seem old as well as the other furnishings and linens. The linens were dingy and sparse!! House is large but is very dated. Koi pond was SO low on water and does not look like the listing pics. Host was responsive but would benefit from some much needed upgrades. Says it sleeps 14 but one of the beds is in a closet and one appears to be an extra twin mattress. Overall it was nothing more than "adequate" for our stay but would not stay here again.

the house has a great back yard and the location is close to the airport, shops and restaurants. it was a comfortable stay for my family.

Nice neighborhood and good distance from Portland

Everything was great the property was close enough to portland and the airport so travel was easy to get to and from where our activities were. Property manager was very easy to communicate with.

Amazing!

Yuan was very responsive, accommodating, and an overall joy to work with. Our trip was for business and we had last minute changes but went ahead with the booking as a retreat for our employees. They where so happy and enjoyed the retreat. Said the house was so amazing and really enjoyed the sauna and spacious accommodations. I am definitely going to book this property again when I can actually enjoy it. I will tell all my friends about this property and recommend it every chance I get. Thanks Yuan for being a great host!
