Spacious, light-filled home in tranquil and convenient location

I appreciate your observations, and most of your complaints have been addressed. The outlets have been changed, The shower curtain and bathmat have been changed. The vents in the bathrooms are old and yes, are noisy. They have not been changed. The carpets are cleaned regularly, but since we allow dogs, there are old stains that are impossible to remove. We are certain however, the surfaces are very clean. The kitchen faucet - we have attempted to tighten. One day we will update the faucet, but since it doesn't leak, we have chosen to keep our costs down.. I think, when you consider the roominess, the location and the cleanliness of the house, scoring a 6/10 is pretty harsh.
