Suburbia meets beautiful Northwest scenery at our 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home in Salmon Creek. Quick access to I-5 and I-205, yet quiet, spacious, convenient to shopping, close to hiking trails and an easy 20-minute drive to Portland. In a very safe neighborhood, our place is good for just about anyone and their pets, except for large or small groups looking for a place to party. Relocating families would find this a perfect transition spot. Guests love cooking in our well-stocked kitchen. Lots of skylights. Cozy nooks yet spacious!

Great house in a quiet neighborhood. Dog lovers will enjoy watching the dog walkers in the mornings. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again in the future.

The layout of the house was PERFECT for all 7 of us. Large spaces to be together and small spaces for private study/work. Being elderly we loved that there was a bedroom on the main floor with a bathroom nearby. The house was well-stocked and certainly clean. We also appreciated we were able to bring our dogs. That's rare!

Family Thanksgiving in Salmon Creek

This was the perfect house for a cozy family get together. Wonderful layout for having everyone together for a movie or game, and plenty of room to spread out when privacy/quiet is needed. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Happy House

Susan’s home was perfect for the 6 of us. It’s big, bright, & so accommodating & comfortable. We also enjoyed the private backyard in the nice weather. Susan was always very sweet & helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

This house was great for a family gathering…no party, just a few seniors meeting. There are two large areas with sofas etc. and an enclosed sunroom. A long dining table in kitchen to seat 7 or 8. Kitchen was large with all we needed to prepare meals: cook and baking ware, all utensils, modern ref & stove. Bosch dishwasher etc. all bedrooms are upstairs except one (2/twin beds) it’s a home from the 70’s? And shows a little wear, but is clean. Beds were comfy. Clean linens.

Clean and lovely 4 bedroom home with plenty of room for large family gatherings. Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful with so many of the flowers blooming during our visit that it was breath taking. We loved the daily visits from the bunnies in the area and the property grounds were well cared for. Bathrooms were well stocked with necessities as was the kitchen with cooking spices, pots and daily dishware. We all slept very well in the comfortable beds and appreciated that fans were available for those of us with warmer temperaments. We needed a bedroom downstairs for the senior in our party and this property accommodated that well for us however the steps to get into the entrance were much taller than we realized and were a bit challenging for her when she was already tired - so just note that if you have someone with mobility issues. The large kitchen area table where we could eat or gather to play games and do puzzles was a big benefit for our gang. The location was perfect for the places that we wanted to visit during day trips and we found everything we needed shopping and eating wise to be just a short trip. We had an amazing trip and would stay here again!

We had purchased a ramp for our front door steps, and we have just noticed this week that it somehow has disappeared. Anyway thank you again and we hope to see you back!

Family time

The house is in a nice little neighborhood, walking distance to a large park and close to both I-5 and 205. We felt right at home. While we were in town for a wedding, we also enjoyed going to Lewisville Park, Ape Caves, and Portland. Thanks for providing a comfortable resting place during a great week of celebration!

This property has a lot of potential. But there are some things that need immediate attention. One bathroom had mold on the shower curtain and bathmat, some outlets seemed to be worn out, the kitchen faucet was very loose and hard to use, the bathroom vent fans were very noisy, and the carpet needed a good cleaning. This is a lovely house and in a great location. It was wonderful to have 3 full baths, the rooms are all a nice size with plenty of room for a family.

I appreciate your observations, and most of your complaints have been addressed. The outlets have been changed, The shower curtain and bathmat have been changed. The vents in the bathrooms are old and yes, are noisy. They have not been changed. The carpets are cleaned regularly, but since we allow dogs, there are old stains that are impossible to remove. We are certain however, the surfaces are very clean. The kitchen faucet - we have attempted to tighten. One day we will update the faucet, but since it doesn't leak, we have chosen to keep our costs down.. I think, when you consider the roominess, the location and the cleanliness of the house, scoring a 6/10 is pretty harsh.
