Great location

This property is a easy walk to the beach. There are some noise factors that you’ll need to adjust to and more than 4 ppl may be a bit crowded. All in all a good place to stay. Very clean, great location, and comfortable beds.

Girls Getaway!

This house was absolutely perfect for a girls getaway. All the rooms were decorated so cute. The house is a little farther away from main but we didn’t mind the short drive up the street. It had everything we needed and more!

Great condo in a beautiful location!

Our family had a great stay at this condo. The location was perfect - right across from the beach and near the lagoon. You can also walk down the path to the ice cream shop! It felt very safe and comfortable for our family. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend!

Great Stay

We stayed here over Spring Break. Property was very clean and a good fit for a family of 4. Our girls loved the bunk beds and having their own space. It was a short and convenient walk to the beach. Also, about a five minute car ride to go into town for restaurants and night life. When I emailed a question about our stay, I received an answer within an hour…very responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our time in Gulf Shores and would stay here again.

The perfect beach stay!

We will definitely be back again to stay in this adorable beach house. We were in Gulf Shores to attend a weekend wedding. Check in was a breeze with the key code entry and the beach house was a welcome sight after a long trip. It's in a quieter area within walking distance to the beach. The interior colors and decorations make for a very relaxing space. The kitchen was also very well stocked as far as pots, pans, cooking utensils, cups, plates, and bowls. We enjoyed our short stay immensely!

Great Beach Condo

We had a great stay at this condo. It was perfect for our family and we would stay here again. The trash truck is LOUD on mornings that it stops at the building next door though. But this location is perfect. There is easy beach access and you aren’t far from restaurants. The condo was very clean and the beds are comfortable. We loved the decor and miss being there already!

Nice

Great location, nice renovations except for choice to keep shag carpet in bedrooms. Shags had sand imbedded in strands. Pics online made unit look twice the size it is. For 4 adults and 2 children it was very tight, that was disappointing at first. TV’s a bit sketchy, multiple remotes, each of 3 tvs worked differently no apparent regular tv channels. Mainly only streaming services. No visitor book with instructions for tv or any info on area. Despite all that nice weekend.

We are sorry if you felt there was sand in some of the carpet. At the beach it is difficult to not have traces of sand. We appreciate you choosing our condo for your weekend beach trip!

Clean and Convenient

Foremost, the manager did a great job with communicating and accommodating us a little early for check in. The place was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked. There was plenty of living room furniture to accommodate our family of 4. The flat screen tv must have been previously damaged since we were not able to watch it without the horizontal lines across the screen. The beds and furnishings in the guest bedroom were sufficient. The master bedroom furnishings were nice, although the bed was not too comfortable. The bathroom was lacking 2 of 3 light bulbs so there was not sufficient light for make up application. Otherwise, the master bathroom was fine. A few things to take note, which are not of any fault of the management is the fact that the sanitation truck arrives daily at 4 AM and is super loud. I was not able to go back to sleep the 3 nights we were there after the truck would beep and bang while collecting the trash. Lastly, the ceilings must be thin, the last night we were there a family checked in above us and we could here every single foot step. Overall, we had a nice stay and appreciated the tentativeness of the manager.

Thank you for staying with us and we hope you had a great time at the beach! The light bulbs in the bath have been replaced. Please always let us know when you discover a problem so we can address it to help you better enjoy your stay rather than after departing. The TV has been checked and there was not a problem. There was bad weather around your stay which most likely explains the lines you mentioned. Each person has a different preference regarding beds and their comfort so there is no way to please everyone, but we have not had complaints regarding any of the bedding in the past. This time of year, the condos are booked heavily so the trash runs are more often than normal, and the trash schedule varies based on the volume of trash. We are sorry you heard noise from above on your last night, but this is not a concern we have experienced in the past, so I am guessing the guests above you were simply noisy. I think it is also telling that only one night of your stay is when you heard the folks from above you. We appreciate you staying with us and hope you enjoyed the ocean, the beautiful sugar white sandy beach and the pool during your stay!

Really nice

Nice neighborhood. really clean-literally one of the cleanest places We’ve ever stayed! We have a family of 5 but it was plenty of room for us. Beach access is directly in front of your spot. Taking 3 kids to beach and it wasn’t too far at all. Pool was nice- small and not too deep(easy to manage with 3 kids) appliances are nice… everything you need in kitchen. Tv was easy to use. We really enjoyed it!

Great, beautiful small condo

We had a great trip the condo was just right for us (2 adult older couples) quit even though it was Shrimp Festival. Plus our Granddaughter and husband owns a unit next door so was a geart 4 days for the family

Couldn't be more pleased with this adorable beach condo! It was perfect for our family of 6, super short walk across the street to the beach, and the kids LOVED the pool! Will definitely stay here again.
