The house was very clean and well maintained. The property was very nice and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. We were dropping off our daughter to collage in ithaca and it was aeasy commute. The only downside was the beds weren't very comfortable and we could of used a few more wash cloths and hand towels.

Great Location and Comfortable House

This was our second time staying. The house is very clean and comfortable in a beautiful setting. We will definitely be back!

Clean and quite.

Everything was clean when we arrived to the house. The area is pretty quite at night and you cant see any of the houses near you. The house is close enough to Ithica that its a nicr easy drive but far enough away that you don't have any real traffic.

Clean and Comfortable

We found the house very clean. It was also comfortable for our family of five. The location is close to downtown. The property was quiet and beautiful.

Great location for us.

Very clean and well stocked with essentials. The beds were pretty firm, which was actually a good thing for about half of our party. We will definitely rent again.

Nice House in Great Location

This house was very comfortable and clean. The outdoor area was beautiful, and it was an excellent location. We would definitely stay again!

Thanksgiving weekend

We enjoyed our stay. Two great weather days for hiking and a rainy day to shop and see the town. However we do wish to comment of a few things : 1) there was an un pened pack of frozen chicken thighs in the trash can when we arrived (along with an empty bottle of cleaning solution) I texted owners a photo of it when we arrived. 2) The TP in each bathroom but the basement were near empty . There was only one roll to replace . We had to go out and buy TP 3) there was no Kleenex. You should tell people to bring their own 4) There was NO bath soap in the shared bathroom upstairs 5) No note paper or pens available 6) Cobwebbs in the living room and bathroom and supposedly it had beeen cleaned before our arrivval 7) recycling was never picked up 8) green front steps to the house are a liability waiting to happen with people hauling in their "stufff" 9) Dishwasher was clogged we learned with broken glass in the filter thing in the bottom . Even after removing the glass it still did not wash well and needs a better cleaning of the filter. 10) The two eletric oulets to the left of the kitchen sink do not work. 11) The coffee machine also needs a deep cleaning. It runs so slow and it is obvious it has never been cleaned out. You can buy K cups or coffee cleaning tablets on line to fix this problem. 12) There was no ice nor even ice cube trays to make some. We had to go out and buy ice cube trays. thanks for sharing your home.

Annual Fishing Trip

A group of my friends and I that have been getting together for the past several years for an annual fishing trip rented this house this time. The house was very clean and well stocked. It was far enough out of town where there wasn’t all of the hustle and bustle but it also was in 10 minutes from the lake! Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Cute home and nice land

Overall it was a nice stay and plenty of bathrooms. The fire pit was a plus outside one night and the land was great. Downside was third bedroom In a basement that was not really finished. Could of used some more towels and better pans for cooking. Overall nice place for a family vacation. Lots of wildlife

Home away from home

Our experience here was not long enough!! The house is very very well kept and had everything we needed! The outside was amazing as well. The side yard the kids had a kickball game going while us adults relaxed by the fire or on the screened in back porch. I was amazed on how much room inside and outside there was. Definitely our next visit will be even longer. Property owner was also super nice and responded very fast to any questions I had which was a very big plus to me too. Thank you for hosting us and we will be back!!!
