Located opposite Crissay-sur-Manse, one of the most beautiful villages in France, this country house is a true haven of peace in the heart of the beautiful countryside of southern Touraine.

Perfectly equipped to offer all the necessary comfort for 8 people, this charming residence with a swimming pool awaits you for vacations or weekends with family or friends.

This home has been carefully and passionately restored by its owners who entrust it to you during your stays to keep it alive in their absence.

On the ground floor, you will have:
- A large, bright living space with a lounge facing the wood stove and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine with bean grinder, fridge-freezer, electric oven, induction hobs, dishwasher)
- A bedroom with a 180x200 bed, sink, and storage
- A bedroom with a 180x200 bed and storage
- A bathroom with shower, double sink, hairdryer, and separate toilet

On the 1st floor (accessible by an old staircase that may be difficult to climb for people with reduced mobility):
- A bedroom with 1 bed 160x200
- A bedroom with 1 bed 160x200
- A bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet

Outside:

An unheated swimming pool available from May 15 to September 30, secured by two gates not accessible to children, with sun loungers

The television does not broadcast French channels, but you can cast from your phone or tablet.
Internet is available via WiFi and ADSL (a bit slow)

Bed and bath linen is not included. You can bring your own or rent it: double bed kit: €25 including towels for 2 people, single bed kit: €20 including towels for 1 person. Beds are not made on arrival. Must be ordered at least one week before your arrival.

Access to one of the rooms located on the first floor via a second unsecured staircase is not accessible to tenants.
