Luxury Stratton-Area Mountain House minutes from the lodge
Welcome Home!! Get ready to enjoy the outdoors with your family and friends, then relax in your mountain getaway. This home has been completely updated and has amenities for the whole family, including large smart TVs, reading nooks, ping pong, foosball, darts, games and even an art center for the little ones. A new hot tub was just installed and is a great way to relax after a day of skiing or hiking.
The main floor plan is open and includes a new chef's kitchen with large 6 burner stove and all the cooking tools and amenities. It looks looks out into the dining area and great room. The great room has two full size couches and club chair where you can enjoy a movie on complementary Netflix (or Hulu, Prime, Disney+, HBO Max) on the large flat screen or take in the forest views and warm up by the wood burning stove. This floor also has two bedrooms - a bunk room and queen bedroom - with a large full bathroom in the middle.
Head upstairs to the large loft, a great spot to enjoy a cocktail and read a book on the very comfy sofa. You may also have fun with the kids and draw some pictures at the artwork center. The second floor has the master bedroom; here you can sit by a roaring fire in a comfy armchair or enjoy a nap in the king sized bed. And the ensuite bathroom has an oversized shower with skylight. There is one more bedroom on this floor with two beds, a queen and a single, as well as its own ensuite bathroom. Here you can relax in the specially equipped hydro-thermo massage bath.
For family fun head downstairs to the large lower-level to play ping-pong, foosball, darts or put on the glasses and watch some 3D TV from the large sectional. Also there are lots of games for all to play.
When you're ready to venture out to Stratton Mountain in the winter, just a quick drive to begin your day of skiing, snowshoeing or enjoying Stratton Village. In the summer, you can enjoy nearby hiking, biking, canoeing and kayaking. Or walk around the corner for tennis, or paddle boarding & swimming in the lake right behind the house.
