Studio 3 - Cocon Douillet : Le Confort

Looking for a getaway for a business trip, a visit, family reunion, or to attend a festival? Seeking a haven of peace for a few days in Angoulême or its surroundings? This charming and comfortable studio is exactly what you need. Close to everything, our charming studio captivates with its elegance and privileged location. A self-check-in service allows you to access the accommodation independently. Just arrive with your suitcase.

For your comfort, the studio is equipped with a double bed (140x190), an open kitchen, and a bathroom. Bed linens and towels are provided, however, shampoo and shower gel are not supplied. You'll also find a toaster, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, L'Or Barista coffee machine, and all the necessary kitchen utensils at your disposal.

A QR code will allow you to connect to free high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber), and you can enjoy a Smart TV. There is free parking less than 100 meters from the building, at Place de la Chaume.

The accommodation is non-smoking. For everyone's peace and quiet, parties are prohibited. We kindly ask you to avoid noise between 10 PM and 8 AM.

Finally, for an optimal setup after a long journey, a welcome tray awaits you upon arrival.

Everything is fully self-service, with a code lock and a key box. Upon booking, you will receive all the necessary instructions. Your access codes will be sent to you 24 hours before your arrival. When you depart, simply return the key to the key box.
