Les Issambres is a corner of paradise with its 8 kilometers of coves and creeks located between Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Raphaël.
The villa is located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood, just a 10-minute walk from the beaches and coves of Les Issambres and close to all amenities: restaurants, shops, and water sports.

The garden has beautiful vegetation with many trees and shrubs typical of the region (pine, mimosa, oleander, etc.) and, like many houses in Les Issambres, is quite steep.

•Bedroom 2: two 90 cm beds - storage space - adjoining shower room and toilet
•Bedroom 3: a 25 m² master bedroom with a 160 cm double bed - storage space - private shower, bathtub, and toilet
All three bedrooms have access to the outside and a beautiful sea view.

On the ground floor, you will find
•A 51 m² living room/kitchen with a superb sea view, opening onto a large south-facing balcony equipped with an electric barbecue, a table that can comfortably seat 10 people, and an electric awning. The living room has three sofas and a flat-screen TV.
•Directly connected is a very well-equipped kitchen opening onto the balcony with sea view.
•Bedroom 4: One 1.60m double bed - an en-suite shower room with access to the balcony and a superb sea view.
•Guest toilet

Upstairs in the turret, there is one last bedroom
Bedroom 5: 1 double bed (160 cm) – storage space – private terrace with a superb sea view and a surprise.

Outside, slightly below, you will find a space dedicated to relaxation, divided into three areas:

2.Pool house area
Located near the pool with sea view, this area is ideal for preparing meals while staying in the heart of the action.

•Equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, two hotplates, and a large electric barbecue.
•A spacious table that can seat up to 10 people completes this space.

3. A relaxation area
Located under a pergola with seating, this is a little slice of paradise where life is good.
Perfect for relaxing during the day, chatting over a drink, or simply contemplating the beauty of the landscape.

On the garden level
Our villa in Les Issambres offers a shaded pétanque area with views of the garden and the sea.

The mandatory tourist tax and cleaning fees must be added to the prices listed below. Sheets and towels can be included as an option.
