Amplio condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños de 1450 pies cuadrados con vista al lago y acceso a la orilla del agua a menos de 200 pies del condominio. Gran banco de pesca y accesible en barco. Gran cubierta cubierta envolvente con mecedoras y columpios con vista a la ensenada del lago a continuación.

Recién pintado, alfombras nuevas y ropa de cama nueva. El condominio está completamente amueblado, que incluye conexión a Internet de alta velocidad por cable, una cocina completamente equipada, tres televisores HD de pantalla grande con reproductores de DVD / VCR en la gran sala y en las dos habitaciones, DirectTV, parrilla de carbón / ahumador, maravilloso columpio en el porche y mecedoras con vista al lago. Beautiful condo on the water

This condo was exactly as described, beautifully furnished, and a nice wrap around outdoor porch! We pulled our pontoon boat up in the cove and were able to tie up there overnight. Loved it!

Second time here and won't be our last.

This condo is top notch. Beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Our fist visit was in July 2019 and we couldn't get back fast enough, so we went back for spring break 2020. Hoping to go back in the summer.

Weekend Lake Trip

Our family of 5 needed a weekend trip to the lake and this property was wonderful! It was a very nice condo with plenty of room for 5. We did not cook at all, but enjoyed eating at the nearby lodge restaurant and at the marina subway. Our kids enjoyed the pool and tennis courts that were just a short walk away from the condo. We launched our boat just a few minutes away. The property owner was so very kind and was very helpful with all of our questions and needs. We would love to come back again soon and stay longer!

Wonderful lake view condo!

This is our 2nd stay at this condo. We've stayed in 4 different ones at this resort and this one is my favorite. It's very nicely decorated with plenty of seating in the dining and living room areas. The bed in the master bedroom is the most comfortable one I've every had in a rental. The view is awesome. We had deer everyday out the back balcony over looking the lake. Can't wait to visit again.

Perfectly peaceful getaway

This condo is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and all things good, but our favorite thing about this condo was the big back porch over looking a peaceful cove where we anchored our boat. We spent very morning having coffee on the swing in the back porch. It was amazing peaceful and refreshing. The food at Mountain Harbor is wonderful too! The lake is one of a kind. You can spend days finding private, beautiful coves and beaches on lake Quachita. We can't wait to come back! We know our kids would love it too, but then again it was a very peaceful, romantic getaway. . .

Awesome Place

The condo is located at a beautiful and quite area. It's is well equipped with everything we need, even a towable tube for our boat trip! The kids love the color-themed bedroom! The Mountain Harbor Resort staff is helpful and the restaurant inside the resort is surprisingly delicious with reasonable price. The drive to Hot Springs is about 30 min and it takes longer after dark. Overall we enjoyed the place so much and are thinking about coming back sometime.

Great Property/Great Area!

Our rather large family of 8 settled right into this beautiful condo. What can you say, it was well decorated, super well stocked, with great beds/bedding and a perfect view and access to the lake. The entire Property Management, check-in/check-out process, and there maintenance staff (we had a small Air Conditioning problem and they arrived in less than 15 minutes) were the epitome of efficiency. The internet connection (wireless) was a real bonus for the kids that can’t live without it. I strongly recommend you rent this condo!

Girls Weekend Getaway

This was our first visit to Lake Ouachita, and I dont think we could have chosen a nicer condo with a better location! The condo was beautifully decorated, modern, well stocked, and immaculate. Kitchen was fabulous and the wraparound deck was great for sitting outside early in the morning and late in the evening. There aren't many condos that have lake access right out of the back door but this one did (which was very convenient for 6 women and a partybarge!). There is no dock, but we had no trouble pulling our boat up to shore and leaving it each night. It was also located very close to the boat ramp and convenient to one of the pools and the spa. We would all definitely return again and stay in this condo. In fact, we plan on making this a yearly getaway!

Condo on lake ouachita

The property was well maintained and well decorated. The only problems we had were the refrigerator is not working very well. Never got really cold. With the amount of money that is charged the bath towels were way below hotel quality. The master bed and pillows were old and tired. The kitchen was not stocked well for cooking. The big cutting board was .99 from Walmart.

LOVED IT!!!

My family and another family (8 total incl young kids) stayed here July 2013. We had such a great time! The condo is very nicely decorated and very cozy. My husband, myself and our two young children stayed in the guest bedroom and it worked out nicely. The room is a decent size and the way Jan has it set up with the 4 twin beds works out great! This condo is VERY clean. The kitchen has all the essentials incl spices! There is a great view off the back deck. If you don't mind beaching your boat, you can do so right behind the condo. The marina is just minutes away which is where we rented a slip. I hope to be back next summer and definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place at Lake Ouachita!! And if you have not been to this lake, it is a MUST!!!! So clear, always MULTIPLE places to find a great smooth spot to ski/wake board etc! And that includes on busy holiday weekends!! Keller TX

Jan was wonderful to work with!

We were scheduled to arrive on a Monday, but unfortunately a bad storm took out the power in most of Mountain Harbor. The owner, Jan, called us first thing Monday morning, knowing we'd be driving in that morning, to let us know the situation. Throughout the morning, she continued to call and keep us updated on changes while we were on the road from Texas. When it became apparent that power wouldn't be restored in time for us, she offered us a full refund. Unfortunately we never had the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful condo given the situation from mother nature, but I wanted to leave a 5-star review anyway because our experience with her is so awesome. We rent quite a bit on VRBO and other sites, and we rarely find a situation where someone is so thoughtful and helpful. Even after we cancelled, she was still giving us tips on places to visit in Hot Springs, restaurants, etc. We're coming back to Mountain Harbor hopefully in the near future to get a chance to experience her condo.

Nice mini vaction

Everyone looks at things different and this is my perspective of our stay, The view from this condo was not the unforgettable lake view I was thinking it would have. The water view is a narrow shallow small cove off the main lake. You see water but that is about it. The pool was closed for the winter and I would not consider it within a walking distance unless there was a trail that was blocked by construction stuff. I need a place for 4 nights in Aug. and a pool closer then over 1000 ft uphill would be nice . There were no curtains in the dining area. I would not recommend one goes streaking after dark as the neighbors have a perfect view straight down the hall into the bathroom. The condo on the inside is just as the pictures show right down to the book placement and fruit but the outside is kinda sorta taken with a different eye. The condo must have been closed up for some time as it needed a good airing out. The carpet in the dining area could use a cleaning. The kitchen was equipped with pots and pans etc that one needs to fix a meal. HVAC worked fine, we had 70 deg and 34 deg wet weather in the 3 nights we were there. The hot water showers were nice and water pressure was good. The grill had not been used in a while and I had to get a brush to clean it as the one supplied was moldy and nasty. The living room seating was nicely done. The master bedroom was a nice size with the large master sink area. Curtains for windows to block out light would be nice. We did not use the jetted tub but the shower was good. The mattresses in the second bedroom need to be replaced, the mattress cover on the master bed should be replaced due to stains. Yes I looked before we got into bed and has been washed. The TV remote does not turn on the living room TV but did function ok for channels and volume just an FYI. The internet worked fine and the speed was good considering where we were at. Stairs leading up to the front door. It is a second floor unit and the stairs could use a little attention. I would recommend this resort to other as over all it was a nice place. The restaurant was nice and we had breakfast there so my brother and our wife's could eat the all you can biscuits and gravy for 5.99. I had the buffet and it was good. The staff was friendly at the resort

Wonderful fall and spring, about to book for summer. Big covered deck, view of cove, great proximity to hike bike trails. Great kitchen….well stocked. Will keep coming back!

Great place to stay

We had a nice, one night stay. The check in was easy through the front desk. The resort is nice and this unit was nicely decorated. We would definitely stay again. It was also very quiet.

Excellent Condo, Beautiful Resort!

I used to live in this area so I return every year to visit family and friends. I’ve stayed in many condos and cabins and this was one of my favorites. It’s very clean and well appointed. I plan on staying here during all of my future visits!

We purchased this condo in 2000 when it was just being framed up. We chose designer colors, carpeting, tile and furnishings for the condo which make it especially warm and inviting. It was totally updated with frest paint throughout, new carpeting, and new bedding. Whether you are looking for summer fun on the lake, fall and spring fishing on one of the clearest lakes in the country, or wanting a cozy get-away on a cold winter day, this is the place for you. So many of our guests come back year after year because of this unit's beauty and view of the lake from the wonderful porch swing on the deck.
