Cocoonr/Bookanpay offers this charming 53 m² house in Argenteuil to rent for up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 16 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 100 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A 16 m² living room with TV, sofa, etc.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with two singles that can be joined together
- Bedroom 2: with two singles that can be placed close together
- Bathroom with shower, WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A 100 m² enclosed shared garden
The flat is ideally located in Argenteuil, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
