CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Beginning October 27, 2025, Marine Surf will undergo a major exterior concrete repair and painting project. Expected to last approximately 6–12 months (weather & conditions permitting). For the duration of the project: (1) The pool will be closed, (2) Construction noise expected Mon–Fri, 8:30am–4:30pm, (3) Unit lanai will be closed and unavailable for use while the lanai and those of all units above it are being worked on. (Exact construction dates subject to change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances. 20% rent discount/refund will be applied at Check-Out for applicable days of stay affected by lanai closure.)

No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.
