BUILDING NOTICE – EXTERIOR CONSTRUCTION
Exterior work for this unit, located on the Diamond Head (East) side of the building, will begin on Monday, October 27, 2025, and continue through December 30, 2025 (Weather permitting, just an approximate time frame). Work will happen Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with construction noise between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Scaffolding will be used, and areas below will be closed for safety. Scaffolding will be installed, and areas below may be temporarily closed for safety reasons. For this reason, no beach items will be permitted on balconies during the construction period. The SWIMMING POOL will be closed until FALL 2026. Residents are advised to keep windows and curtains closed to help minimize dust and maintain privacy. Please be aware that construction noise and vibrations are expected during working hours. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this necessary maintenance work.

Marine Surf is located at 364 Seaside Ave on the 21st Floor.

- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

Perfect! Easy check-in and check-out. Everything you need during a vacation. We liked the fact that we can cook our own meal or go out to eat. Location was perfect with nearby eateries, mall, and beach. Designated parking spot was the one essential factor that was a clincher for us. No extra fee for parking.

Great place

Great place! Close to all things downtown and everywhere we needed to go. Loved that it had free parking but the car garage was very short. Would not recommend anything more than a compact car. Favorite part was the balcony.

Anniversary Getaway

This condo was in the perfect location for our first trip to Waikiki. The beach and lots of restaurants within a short walking distance. The designated parking spot was so helpful as we spent long days checking out the entire island. You can hear the street and a local private venue with loud music at night, but that's pretty standard in any city setting. I would recommend staying here.

Special Birthday Celebration Vacation

The the condo location is great close to everything. It looked exactly like it did in the pictures, and fully loaded with everything you need in the kitchen. We especially liked the split air conditioner, very quiet. Easy check in and check out. We would definately recommend this unit. We look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful stay

Great property. Would stay here again! Great checking details. Made contact with the management about not having some utensils, etc, and they promptly replied and came the same day to drop the items off. Very close to all conveniences so walking distance to everything. Was nice to have the option of complimentary parking but we didn’t rent a car so wasn’t needed. Thanks again!

Excellent location & well equipped comfortable studio unit in the middle of Waikiki; detailed instructions are received 4 days prior to occupancy which included no check-in prior to 3:30pm, when we arrived just past 4pm the reception desk was closed, so basically they don’t want to physically interact with arriving guests; on entry, we could not figure out how to control the AC & ceiling fan, so it would be nice to provide such basic instructions (in our opinion); fortunately by calling the help number given, we late at night eventually figured out that there are 2 separate systems & controls; we also never figured out the TV channels, but I guess we shouldn’t be watching in Hawaii anyway; other than these 2 hiccups, the unit is as described & we recommend it as a base for exploring Waikiki!

Great location

There was only one issue when I arrived, they had forgotten to clean the property. The property manager was very apologetic and they provided a discount to my stay. Plus did a thorough cleaning the next morning. The parking space is very small, so make sure you have a small sedan. The room was comfortable, pictures of the ocean view are accurate. It was easy to walk everywhere and nice to be so close to the beach and the Al’s Wai canal.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Marine Surf on 21st floor for 4 nights in April 2023. The condo is small but has everything you need. It was quite clean and we enjoyed having coffee on the balcony. The balcony has full sun in the morning. Location is very convenient with parkade access off of Kuhio Ave. It can be a little tricky getting to the front on Seaside with all the 1way streets. All things considered this is a nice place to stay in Waikiki.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall room was ok, it can use a paint job. We weren’t able to do our laundry due to the bad smell from the trash shoot in the same room as the laundry ? Bad decision there.Suggest to add a safe in the room and an interior locking device on the door for safety. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great too.
