Overall it was a very nice & clean place. Loved the location. Was a bit disappointed that it was a double bed and could have used more water pressure in the shower. All in all it was a good stay.

Awesome place

The listing was exactly as described and we couldn’t have been happier! The accommodations were perfect for our little family of 3. The one bedroom was perfect for my husband and I, while the futon right out our room where our son slept. They even brought a comfier mattress and made up the bed on the futon while we ran out to the store. (There is not a full size refrigerator, so be mindful of how much you need to keep cold.) The fire pit with Adirondack chairs was a great way to unwind after all of the fun fall activities. We will definitely be back ;)

Great location for us near WT Farms

We really enjoyed the apt. It was extremely clean! We chose it because of its close proximity to WT Farm, where our daughter lives. The check in was easy and everything was great. Hopefully we can stay again in the future.

Very Comfortable Stay

We had a very comfortable stay! We had everything we needed for a week stay while visiting relatives. The space was clean and sunny. Property manager was friendly and welcoming. We would recommend for those needing a clean and simple setup when visiting the area :)

Very nice

It was exactly like the description on the web. Very clean, comfortable bed, nice seating and bath. Because of my retreat, I was only there at night from around 10 at night until 5:30 in the morning so missed some anenities such as outdoor seating. The check in was easy, remote, and the owners responded to texts. Very nice

Super clean and beautiful location

Beautiful area and view and the guest apartment is modern and super clean. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive. This rental has a private entrance with an outdoor sitting area. There were many little extras included that put this rental over the top. I will always check availability here first for any future visits to the area. Highly recommended!

Peaceful and Cozy

I just needed a comfortable bed and a quiet spot in the evenings while I visited some friends at Watchtower Farms. It was everything I needed. The place is very clean and the amenities are well thought out. The host is very pleasant and available if something comes up. I especially enjoyed drinking coffee on the patio in the mornings and watching the birds and the bunnies in the back garden.

Family reunion

Top notch location in nice quiet, safe neighborhood . There is easy access to property with ground floor entry. Cleanliness of unit is excellent. Nice exterior seating area to enjoy the outdoors. Quick drive to Wallkill bethel and close to towns of Pine Bush, Middletown, and New Paltz for restaurants. Short drive to Shawangunk range for hiking. Will definitely return and stay when visiting family in the area.

Beautiful, Relaxing & Quiet

This is my second time staying at this location. It is a perfect location for me as it is close to where my daughter and family live. It also affords me a quiet and relaxing place to come after a day of activities. The view is beautiful and the host is very accommodating. Inside is clean with modern amenities and tasteful design. I also had a guest, my daughter's mother-in-law, and she also enjoyed staying at this lovely rental. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfection!

Absolutely no complaints.. My husband and I and our baby came to the area to tour the Watchtower facilities and we were in love with this place. It was so clean and beautifully maintained inside and out. The property is so peaceful and quiet..there were bunnies and deer outside, it felt like we were in a movie.. Everything we needed was provided, as well as extra goodies (snacks/toiletries) The owners were amazing in making sure we were happy and gave us many recommendations of what to do in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable with lovely back garden

My partner and I were looking for some quiet time in nature and really appreciated this stay. Easy access to Minnewaska state park for hiking, and the back garden is great to observe birds and rabbits while you have coffee. The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Doesn't have a stove but there's a hot plate and anything else you need to eat so no problem. We didn't see our hosts but we appreciated the space and hope to visit again

Very clean, Beautiful Property

This is a beautiful, safe neighborhood and a very clean place to stay. It’s quiet and the property is lovely. There were little rabbits in the yard when we came out this morning. It has everything you need to start and end your day. Coffee, small fridge and freezer, and a toaster oven. The shower has great pressure and the bathroom vanity has good lighting. The layout is nice. Spacious without skimping on anything. The hosts are wonderful to work with and quick to respond to any questions. We highly recommend staying here.

Immaculately clean and beautiful!

We found it to be a very welcoming space and beautifully decorated. Quiet and safe location. We felt safe enough to leave the windows open while we slept. Great water pressure in large shower. The pillowtop mattress was very comfortable. Great lighting throughout. The basket of snacks and bottled water in the fridge was appreciated. The host was very welcoming and responded quickly to any questions. They went above and beyond to make this apartment welcoming and comfortable for their guests. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend that you stay here.

We had a wonderful stay in Pine Bush. Arthur was very responsive and quick to apologize when we had an issue about the fire pit vs. fireplace. The place was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the location was central to everywhere we wanted to go. His dining and winery recommendations were spot on.

Beautiful Place

This property was perfect for my needs and met all my expectations. It was only 6 minutes away from where my daughter and her family live, so it was convenient for visiting. It was nice to be able to stay in a place that had beautiful views, a comfortable bed, complete kitchen and bath with modern touches. The host was very helpful and always answered any questions with a quick response. I would definitely stay there again and also recommend it to others visiting that area.

Peaceful, Clean, Beautiful

Our stay was so peaceful and amazing. We had a packed wedding weekend and not a whole lot of quiet time to ourselves. So it was great to get back to the rental and relax and get a good night’s sleep. Everything was incredibly clean and very nicely done. They was even a basket full of treats waiting for us. The owner was very quick to respond to our questions, which we really appreciated. The property and neighborhood is beautiful! Highly highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful rental in a lovely area

So thankful we found this rental for our weekend in NY! We needed a property near to where our daughter was (lake champion) but then also close to Hyde Park where we wanted to do some sight seeing. This property fit the bill and exceeded all expectations. The apartment appears exactly as pictured and it's evident it is well cared for. The extra touches (flowers, snack basket, automatic lights) made us feel valued as guests. We arrived late Friday evening and the home was well lit and easy to find. Our tween daughter commented she felt safe knowing people were upstairs. The town of Pine Bush is very quaint - many local ice cream shops and restaurants are on Main Street. We look forward to staying again next fall!
