Private home just off Interstate 30in the Benton/Bryant area. The property is very close to many restaurants, Kroger Marketplace, Academy Sports and other venues. It is 20 minutes from Simmons Bank Arena, 25 minutes from the Promenade at Chenal, 10 minutes from the Outlets of Little Rock. and Bass Pro Shop. Whether you're exploring the nearby University of Arkansas-Little Rock, Hot Springs Oaklawn Casino, a local wedding, graduation, or sports activity, this vacation home has everything you need for an unforgettable stay in Benton.

When its time to unwind, retreat to one of 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Cozy up in the family room to a fireplace and large smart Sony TV. And with free WiFi, air conditioning and central heat throughout, you'll enjoy all the comforts of home. There are two additional TV's with a Roku stick. If you're needing a private office with a desk, we've got you covered. You will find plush towels, basic toiletries and two hair dryers. The laundry provides a washer and dryer with supplies to help keep your clothes fresh. A full kitchen and dining will allow plenty of room for meals. Wedding retreat

Our granddaughter got married at the Grander house about 30 minutes away. This was an excellent location for us to stay. The house is easy access and very comfortable with plenty of parking. I highly recommend this house.

Spacious Home

We stayed at this property for my son’s golf tournament. The house is very spacious. The house is very clean and has lots of rooms—mudroom, an office, dining room, kitchen, living room, 2 huge bedrooms, another bedroom. There were plenty of towels and blankets. Check-in was a breeze. We enjoyed staying here! It’s close to a lot of restaurants and stores.

Excellent Home & Hosts

We were a family from out of state gathering for a Celebration of Life. The size of the living room and number of bedrooms and the outside space was amazing. We loved parking inside the garage. The hosts very ver communicative and very understanding. Also, very close to shopping needs. Totally recommend

Great House and Location

This is a nice house with plenty of room. It was clean and comfortable. It is located near numerous restaurants. If you want to prepare your own food and eat in, the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this property again.
