About this space
Enjoy your stay in Austin in this newly remodeled stay! It's cozy and organized to make use of every square foot without sacrificing creature comforts. Sleep up to 8 people, all on memory foam mattresses with crisp high thread count sheets!
This is a welcoming home for all, from families to groups of friends looking for fun. We're close to the action too - 10 minutes from South Congress and 14 minutes from downtown and the capitol. Booking Bonus: A local's guide to Austin's secret gems!
The space
A little about the space: It's a 2nd story unit of a duplex home with its own private entrance. I live in the separate unit on the first floor with limited company. We'll be your neighbors, but we keep to ourselves.
Your 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home away from home has everything you'd need for a stay of any length, besides a full size oven. Distressed hardwood floors keep your feet warm & big windows let in plenty of light. All bedrooms have their own closets or dressers and the master comes equipped with its own workspace. The master suite is furnished with a King bed while the two secondary rooms have queen beds (one is a queen bunk bed!) The sofa bed in the living room has a secondary pullout bed as well.
A driveway gate and large fences fully enclose the front and back yard. In the back you'll find a screened in porch with a full weightlifting gym, from a bench to cables to dumbells and dip bars. There's plenty of space for yoga and aerobics as well. The yards and their amenities are the only shared use property, shared with me, your neighbor.
You'll be sure to enjoy this unique stay!

As soon as you book you are given a smart lock keypad code valid for your stay and can access the smart locks via the August app as well, which syncs with VRBO directly!
10 minutes to the Airport and downtown, 15 minutes to COTA!
A car or bike is recommended if you plan on staying for more than a weekend. Otherwise there are bus stops close by - I provide details to this in your welcome book. Lastly, uber and lyft are the most reliable rideshares in the area with taxis being sparse. Lyft is usually slightly cheaper.
Other things to note
This VRBO is its own private stay however it is on property shared with myself and my company. The only shared areas are the front yard, back yard, and gym. No parties or events are allowed at this property.

Hello friends and travelers! I'm Fionn, a French-American born in Germany. I've travelled and lived around the globe, and have my home base in Austin to share with you! My hobbies include building things, soccer, running, practicing guitar, and yoga. I also love showing people around this beautiful city, so don't be shy to ask for recommendations or a ride downtown! I live on the first floor portion of this house if you have any questions or concerns, I'm never too far away.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
There's a full gym, hot tub, and ice bath free for all guest's to use. The stay itself is on the second floor and completely private. I live on the first floor with my company in a separate space all together however we share outdoor spaces. I am always a call away and happy to assist guests with any issues, or recommend many things in this city which I know like the back of my hand.
