Two-bedroom suite, ground floor, direct access to the patio, connecting room. The bedroom has two beds, including one king-size double bed and one 90 cm single bed. En suite bathroom with shower. Separate toilet. The bedroom also includes air conditioning and a lounge area.



Bedroom 2

Two-bedroom suite, first floor, direct access to the terrace. The bedroom has three beds, including one queen-size double bed and two twin beds that can be converted into a double bed. En suite bathroom, shared, with bathtub with shower head and shower. Toilet in the bathroom. The bedroom also includes: air conditioning, connecting room.



Bedroom 3

Bedroom, 1st floor. The bedroom has 1 double bed (140 cm). En suite bathroom with shower. Toilet in the bathroom.



Notes:

- The downstairs suite (bedroom 1) has a double bed and a single bed, ideal for parents with a child. The two bedrooms share a bathroom.

- The upstairs suite has a double bed in the first room (bedroom 2 in the photos) and two single beds (which can be converted into a double bed) in the adjacent room (bedroom 3 in the photos), perfect for two couples sharing a bathroom or a family with children. Guests in bedroom 2 must go through bedroom 3 to use the bathroom.

- The fourth bedroom (bedroom 4 in the photos), which is smaller, can accommodate 2 adults or 2 teenagers (140 cm bed). It has a private, intimate terrace with a UV-protective awning.

- Extreme occupancy cases: The large sofa in the living room can be used as an extra bed for two people. It is double and comfortable.

- Two cots and high chairs are available on request.

A family of three looks after the riad: Jamila, a talented cook who prepares the meals, her husband Mohamed, a dedicated concierge, and Abdelali, their son, for service.

The swimming pool can be heated from mid/late November to early/mid April (at an additional cost).



A hearty Moroccan breakfast is included, and there are 2 dining options for your other meals:



- A la carte" option: You don't have to worry about the shopping involved in preparing them, the house takes care of it:

in 2024: from 20 euros per person per meal (lunch and dinner)

in 2025: from 25 euros per person per meal (lunch/dinner)



- En liberté" option: You pay the price of the groceries (and an extra €5 for the journey). The house staff will do the shopping and cook with the ingredients you buy.
