This top-floor condo was very clean, well-equipped, and very quiet since it has no shared walls. The location is incredibly convenient to the beach, pool, and elevator. The property owners were also fantastic and highly responsive—they even replaced a broken coffee maker the exact same day. We had a wonderful stay

Property was accurately advertised and clean with a fully stocked kitchen. The arcade and pool were great options for my children when the beach when weather wasn't agreeable.

We were supposed to go to OBX but had a lil hiccup and had to impromptu book through VRBO and found the Sanctuary at False Beach and booked the Sunset at Sanctuary Condo. Our room & accommodations were clean & had everything we need. Did have a situation with ants so would advise guests to close up all food tight and take garbage out routinely. Hopefully the swim up bar in the front pool will be redone & open for our next stay. 2 adults with 2 teen kids all enjoyed our week stay and will definitely return.

There were some ants but that is to be expected. Place was beautiful and well maintained. Washer n dryer could be updated but happy to have them on premises. Check in was a little stressful as it was not immediately clear to me which room we were in. A lot of links to find access to find out where n how to access our room but that may be the VRBO site and not the property. Or maybe even user error. Overall would definitely like to stay here again

My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed this 2 bedroom condo. It was nicely decorated with a beach theme throughout, ideally situated in Sandbridge, very clean, and the mini billiards/ air hockey table was nice touch! Also, the host responded to my questions very quickly.

We enjoyed our stay there as the location is great. The property was clean and spacious. The only down falls were the swim up bar/pool was closed and has been for 3 years and the pools close at 8pm. The pools didn’t seem to open til late as well. I feel when paying for a vacation property that the pools should be open from 7am-10pm.

This is the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in! The condo was beautifully maintained, spotless, and very comfortable. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. The living space was perfect for our family. It offered plenty of room to relax, play and spend time together as a family. My kids loved the arcade and pool. The building itself could benefit from improved signage to help guests navigate more easily, and there are a few areas where the property could use some updates. However, these were minor issues compared to the overall experience.

Great place to stay! The condo is spacious and clean, with everything you need for the beach in the storage locker. We love how it overlooks the pool.

Great condo and location

We had a fabulous time here. It's very updated and a great setup for a family. The back porch had a beautiful breeze and shade for almost the entire day. Would definitely stay here again!

Week at the Beach

Needed a second property for our group, so booked this unit. The unit is well furnished ( better than the other house) and comfortable. Access to the beach was easy and having covered parking was a plus.

Great Location!

We really enjoyed staying in your condo. We liked being close to the beach & the fishing pier was very close. The condo was very well decorated & the kids liked the gaming table. Loved the area. Would stay here again.

Great family stay

Great property, well kept and maintained. Only thing was that there is no pull out futon in the King bedroom as stated on the listing but not a big deal.

Nice place, great communication

We had a great stay. Everything was as advertised. Owners were prompt with their communication too. Beach was beautiful and off the beaten path.
