The Lincoln Log Cabin has a Wisconsin vibe from the walls to the yard. Open concept kitchen shared with the living room that is complementary with a fireplace and a TV. There are three bedrooms: one with a queen bed, one with two queen beds and one with a queen bed. When you make your way to the basement, there is a couch with a TV and another full bathroom; everything set up for you to enjoy!

Each room has its own personality! We know you’ll feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed.

Property owners are in town but will not be present during your stay. We are a phone call away if need be.

Explore Lake Geneva, a waterside city that`s the perfect place to relax on the beach, venture together on a hike, shop in one-of-a-kind boutiques and experience rich culture. From a simple picnic to an adventurous lake day, there are plenty of memory-makers at this destination — and there is fun for everyone.

We strongly recommend that you arrive by car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful Lake Geneva area. As you already know, we offer free parking.

We locally source our ingredients to ensure the best experience possible. Any dietary or lifestyle preferences can be catered to along with flavor pallets. We will work with you to build your dream menu. We work along with a wine sommelier to pair the perfect wine for each course. We can serve from an intimate 2 to a large group event. *Do you want to just relax when you arrive? We understand! Order your groceries through your Walmart app and we will happily pick up the prepaid order and put everything away for you. Let your vacation begin the moment you walk in the door. *Additional service fee applies

We are a `take off your shoes and stay awhile` type AirBnb. There is a spot for shoes by the front door.

We run on septic. Please only flush toilet paper ONLY. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs.

**Important**
Please make sure you read and comply with these rules:

- NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE. You may smoke outside.
- No Excessive guests
- No fireworks
- No grilling in the garage
-Please stay off the lake during the winter months
- Please do not mail packages to the home unless approved
- Please keep all vehicles on the driveway only. No garage or grass parking.
- Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after 10PM. Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and the security deposit retained. Please respect the peace of the community! Thank you!

Regarding dogs, we allow a 2 dog maximum with a weight limit of 40 lbs. each. We have removed our pet fee. Dogs are not be allowed on the beds or furniture at this time. There may be up to a $100 additional fee for cleaning excessive pet hair off of furniture. We would prefer no puppies. We do not allow pee pads in the home. Please message us with your dogs breed so we can approve before your stay.

Early check-in: $50 (Between 12pm-3pm)
*Must be approved by the host.
Late check-out: $50 (Between 10:30am-12pm)
*Must be approved by the host.

PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING (held against the security deposit and claims will be filed with Airbnb)

-*Smoking in the home: $150
- *Late Checkout Past 10am without our consent: $75
- *Excessive Guests than reservation: $50 per guest
- *Excessive Cleaning if place is left filthy: starting at $150
**Untidy description includes but not limited to: sticky floors, spilled liquids, unlikely items in bedrooms like soda cans, stains on bedsheets that require additional attention, and disrespectful behavior towards items in home
- *Party or event thrown without consent: $250

You must also acknowledge:
- Amenity limitations
- Potential for noise
- Must climb stairs

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1000.
