Relajado Lakefront Cottage - Diversión familiar en Powers Lake

Esto de dos pisos de estilo chalet casa se encuentra justo en el agua de una pequeña bahía en Powers Lake, Wisconsin. Powers Lake es primavera alimentados y muy limpio.
Nuestra orilla del lago es ideal para nadar ... una entrada larga y poco profunda con un fondo de guijarros. Las vistas del lago están en dos lados de la propiedad. Desde la cubierta delantera de cedro, con vistas al lago, se ofrecen espectaculares vistas de la puesta de sol y cielos nocturnos repletos de estrellas. Nuestra familia ha disfrutado de muchos días maravillosos en esta agradable casa, que se encuentra en una tranquila calle sin salida.
Las familias se sentirán muy cómodas con el espacio abierto y conectado de la gran sala, el comedor y la cocina. Hay mucho más espacio para relajarse en la terraza, en el porche cubierto y en el cuarto de baño. Un gran césped de hierba ofrece un lugar para juegos al aire libre.

El espacio vital principal incluye:
• Gran sala con vista de 180 grados del lago a través de las ventanas del piso al techo a lo largo de toda la orilla del lago y paneles de pino nudoso en las paredes.
• Comedor con ventanal y vista al lago.

We couldnt have been happier with this VRBO rental!! There were 4 different gathering areas for our group of 6, and we used each one! We also used the firepit area outside, as well as putting the plastic chairs in the shallow water beach front to soak our feet and talk about life. We saw a bald eagle 3 times, just beautiful.

Great Property & Great Location

Spent 4 days 3 nights with our 17 yr old daughter and 5 of her girlfriends so they could enjoy the lake and also attend the local Country Thunder music festival. The house was great and accommodated 9!of us easily with plenty of space to gather inside and out. My husband loves to cook and the organized kitchen was such a treat for him! The house had all necessary supplies and the hosts were great and communicated well. We would come back another year for a similar trip or just to enjoy the beautiful lake!

Powers Lake gem

Found this property for a last minute get away to Powers Lake. Great location. We all have had a great time including my Portuguese Water Dog, Kinzie. Water was perfect and there was plenty of room for us. Looking to rent there again next year.

Lake Geneva Golf Weekend

This Powers Lake property was the perfect place for our golf weekend. Centrally located between a bunch of great courses and close to Lake Geneva for nightlife. We loved the house and the lakefront property. Powers Lake was awesome as it was not as crowded as other lakes in the area. The Rock Bar was a plus for food and drinks close by. Would definitely stay again

Lovely lake vacation

Our large family enjoyed our stay very much! The kitchen layout and big dining table was great for a group - and for games and puzzles. This home feels warm with family history, and allowed us to hang out all together both inside or out, or to spread out a bit as needed. We rented a pontoon boat one afternoon, and also paddled the canoe along with swimming/floating, lounging in the sun, and taking advantage of the barbecue. We hope to return!

Worthy of a second visit

This was our second time visiting the Lakehouse and it didn’t disappoint! Ample room, scenic views and great place to bring kids. We didn’t have access to a working dishwasher until the last day, but the property manager and owner were very up front about it before we arrived. We highly recommend coming here if you have a larger group.

Pros. Great Location. Great Sunsets. Good for Boating and swimming for the Kids. Cons. BBQ Tank empty. Place needs a lot of TLC. Everything was old. A/C was locked on 77 degrees, House got up to 80 during the day.

Gorgeous Property, Fantastic Host

We rented this lakefront cottage for MDW 2023, and it exceeded all our expectations. We were a group of adults with our dog, and found that the house and lakefront property were exceptional. Very spacious, clean, and with lots of interesting history. I had been communicating with Susie in the weeks leading up to our trip, and she was very responsive and helpful in recommending other activities during our stay. When we head back to Powers Lake, I will certainly try to stay here again.

Family time at the lake house

Beautiful, unique place! It was exactly what we needed! Our family spend few days in this house- we needed to calm down from a busy life. The house is beautiful with a very interesting history. We enjoyed every morning coffee at the deck watching birds and a beauty of the lake. In the evening fireplace and watching stars. It was a last minute decision for us and the manager was very helpful and all communication fast. We will return there.

Beautiful Powers Lake lake front rental home

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Laid Back Lake front cottage! What a beautiful view of Powers Lake! Our family enjoyed the large space of the house, stocked kitchen, fire pit, the deck and the nice lawn and dock. There were many chairs and lake floating devices. We all loved the large windows overlooking the sunset. Suzy (the owner) was very responsive and answered all of our questions. We will be back to rent this lovely home!

The cottage is located on one of the best fishing spots on Powers Lake. We were able to catch many bass, perch, panfish and one large bullhead right off the dock. The water is clean and clear, perfect for swimming. Bring water shoes as it is a little rocky but not terrible. The lake was hoppin on the weekend, but was very calm during the week. There are plenty of comfortable beds, lots of linens and pillows, and the cottage was well stocked and clean. The fire pit was sufficient with ample seating. They also had many chairs on the deck and screened in porch. We loved having coffee on the dock and deck most mornings and watching the sun set in the evening. It was the perfect end of summer retreat for our family. We had two adults, one 13 year old and one 9 year old and there was so much extra space. We rented a pontoon from uncle Eddys (262-295-5253) just across the lake and had a great time playing at the rock bar in the middle of the lake, tubing and just cruising around. It was a great vacation and stay. Thank you Susie!

Awesome Getaway

This was an awesome property and vacation. The house was more than large enough and yet still very cozy. We played a lot of ping pong. We will be back. I also found the house history on the wall really interesting. Thank you for sharing that.

Stunning property

This is a beautiful place on a beautiful piece of property. The 10 of us had plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors. The lake view is unbeatable. We all had fun swimming, fishing & boating. The ping pong table was great for indoor fun. We appreciated how well-stocked the lake house was. Communication from the owner was excellent. I highly recommend this place!

Exceptional cottage and lake!

We had such a wonderful time at this charming cottage on beautiful Powers Lake. The house was so clean and very comfortable. The views of the lake from the main living room and kitchen are stunning. We rented a pontoon from right across the lake and spent most of the days either on the lake or on the deck looking at the lake. We spent the evenings on the beautiful side yard playing bags and making s’mores around the fire pit. We would definitely come back to this absolutely perfect lake house!!

Lake Views and Relaxation

House was well stocked with everything we needed with enough of a cabin feel that just seemed to fit with the lake. We loved the elevated full deck, where we spent each night watching the sunset turn to cottage lights and boat lights around the lake. So peaceful!! Kitchen had a long bar type counter, great for breakfast conversation. Super clear lake water. Got up early each morning to sit on the pier with my coffee and watch the early morning fisherman do their thing.

Beautiful lakefront stay

We had the time of our life staying on this beautiful property. The beach and pier are in a small bay that is protected and quiet. Great for swimming & floating on air mattresses. House faces west, so we really enjoyed the sunsets. Loved every minute!

Quiet get away

The perfect quiet spot for our fall get away. The house is well-stocked with plenty of space. This home is older, but has no shortage of character. The owner was great to work with and very responsive.

We love this comfortable cottage located on property with one of the best views of Powers Lake. Sunsets are remarkable and can be seen from the outside deck, great room, dining area, kitchen, and screened-in porch. Or sit on the bench at the end of the pier for a peaceful, sunset moment. That is when and where our son proposed to his wife!
The lake bottom at our property is solid. The lake is shallow next to our pier. This is perfect for our grandchildren to enjoy being in the water!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

In many lakes, the lake bottom is mucky and thus unpleasant to walk in. The lake bottom at our property is pebbly and firm to the end of the pier (about 80-feet from shore). This makes for a really nice swimming area for young children.
