Chalet Nordchamp offers space, superb facilities and a great location just a few minutes from the family-friendly resorts of Morillon and Samoëns.
In winter, a sixth bedroom and an additional bathroom are available. Outside the winter season, the apartment in question is occupied by the chalet owners (see plans).
The bedrooms are practical and flexible. Each has an en-suite shower room with WC, and large double beds, three of which can be configured as twin beds should you require. The bedroom on the ground floor is suitable for people with reduced mobility, while those on the first floor have extra single beds, making them suitable for families with young children. All rooms have access to a balcony where you can start your day with a morning coffee.
On the ground floor, large glass doors to the garden fill the living space with natural light. The living room is cosy, with its sofas and wood-burning stove, and there’s a reading area filled with books and musical instruments. The open-plan kitchen is extremely well equipped, with plenty of room to prepare meals for your group, which you can enjoy together at the large dining table.
Guests staying outside the ski season will appreciate the wonderful outdoor space. Enjoy a barbecue on the terrace, while the children play safely in the level garden. There's also an outdoor hot tub where you can relax and enjoy the mountain views.
The gym on the garden level is particularly well-equipped with cardio and weight machines, and also includes a table tennis table. The sauna, which also has a shower room, is a great place to relax after an exciting day in the Alps. There’s also a ski room with a heated boot rack and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
There’s room to park all your vehicles outside the chalet, while bikes and motorbikes can be stored in the garage. Cyclists will appreciate the repair kit provided.

Please note: in addition to the main house, an adjoining apartment with a double bedroom and en-suite shower room, kitchen and living room with TV, is available during the winter season (see plans).
PLEASE NOTE: The chalet has six bedrooms and six bathrooms for up to 14 people. However, outside the ski season, one bedroom and one bathroom are reserved for the owners' use. The capacity remains the same. PLEASE NOTE: the maximum occupancy of the property is 15 people. In accordance with the fire safety regulations, the property complies with the provisions of the January 31, 1986 decree (later amended) for residential buildings. Therefore, although the property has beds for 17 people, the maximum occupancy of the chalet must not exceed 15 in order for it to comply with the provisions of the decree of 22 June 1990 related to establishments that provide public access.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.
PLEASE NOTE
If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.
