Waves for Days! The views from our oceanfront townhome will leave you feeling you are surrounded by the waves. A++ Views!! Watch and be mesmerized by Waves for Days!! Amenities galore, quiet south end of Seaside, just walk across the street to the beach for bonfires, clamming, sand dollar hunts, bodyboarding and relaxing beach walks. A quarter mile to Eateries, Golf and Upscale Family Market. Just a 1.5 mile walk or bike ride to downtown Seaside, Aquarium and Arcade.

Enjoy the use of our six beach cruisers, beach wagon, corn hole, kites, beach chairs, dog crates, gas grill and hot tub!

Each of the spacious four bedrooms has an attached full bath. The bedroom on the first floor has a king-sized bed and attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Step out on the patio to use our hot tub with views of the trees and mountains! Also on the first floor is an attached garage with beach toys, bikes, beach wagon and beach equipment.

On the second floor you will find the spacious kitchen, dining area, living room and the second bedroom. The ocean-view kitchen is truly fit for a chef! It well-equipped with stainless steel appliances including a six-burner gas stove. There is abundant prep space and a large center island.

The living room features beautiful ocean views, a gas fireplace and comfy sofas. There is also a seating area next to the windows for enjoying views of the waves and the warmth of the fireplace. Tucked away next to the dining area is a small table fit for two and perfect for gaming or working from home!

There is also a large dining table with more views of the water which seats eight. Enjoy having a wet bar next to the dining room table complete with a wine cooler. Steps from the table is an intimate patio made for two. This is the spot to enjoy your morning coffee or end the day with a glass of wine.

This floor also has a powder room and the second bedroom. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, huge walk-in closet, TV and en suite bathroom with a tub shower combo. There is a large east-facing deck off this bedroom with views of the mountain and trees. The deck has a gas grill, dining table and lounge chairs.

Step up to the third floor where the ocean views are breathtaking! The master bedroom is on this floor. The en suite master bathroom features two separate vanities, large, jetted tub with ocean view and separate tiled shower. The master bedroom also features a giant walk-in closet, large, flat-screen TV, a desk for those that need to work and a comfortable seating area right next to the windows. You will feel as though you are surrounded by the waves from the spot! Simply amazing!

Also on this floor is the fourth bedroom. This bedroom has two queen sized beds, TV, huge walk-in closet and large attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Dog fee in the amount of $15/dog/night, not to exceed 2 dogs with a $30 minimum/dog. Any additional fees owed will be added after booking. Dogs must be at least 1 year of age and spayed or neutered. The contract will note the full requirements. $15 per poop left on property after departure will be deducted from damage deposit.
