Esta casa frente al mar es uno de los mejores de la costa de Oregón. Pasos para su famoso paseo sin embargo, tiene la privacidad que uno quiere. Paso directamente en la costa de Oregón desde su cubierta.

El 1er. piso tiene gran frente al mar, sala de estar, cocina y rincón de comer, gran sala con comedor, frente al dormitorio principal con cama king y baño privado, segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio, 3 dormitorios con 2 juegos de literas. 2º baño completo fuera de la sala.

El sótano tiene otro espacio que cuenta con una cama doble y otra habitación pequeña sin ventanas con una cama doble. 1 cuarto de baño completo. Me refiero a esta zona como la zona de adolescente
con techos bajos. nuevas camas muy cómodas. Hay una gran zona para los niños a alejarse de los padres y hacer un montón de ruido.

Podrá disfrutar de tener una barbacoa mientras se ve la puesta de sol. Esta casa está equipada con todo el lujo posible que una persona podría querer mientras disfruta de sus vacaciones en la costa de Oregón.

We had the best weekend at this amazing house. We booked the house with the intention of escaping some of the hubbub from the holidays and city living and the stay did not disappoint!The house is huge with plenty of sleeping arrangements. The basement would have been a great place for older kids to stay and hang out- huge tv, multiple beds, and a great couch to lounge on. With that said, the upstairs is really the treat! The views in the back living room overlooking the beach were breathtaking at all parts of the day. Each night we thought the sunset couldn’t get any prettier and somehow it did.The house is perfectly located- about a 3 minute walk through a nicely made path to the beach and about 15 minutes from the cute downtown Seaside. Lots of grocery options and tons of restaurants, bars, coffee shops within walking distance or a very short drive. The kitchen was fully stocked with every dish or pan you’d need to cook full dinners, lots of plates, cups, silverware, and some very nice appliances. There were a couple charcoal grills and a nice Blacktop grill and the fire pit is super easy to use and a perfect place to hang out!We had one minor issue that we reached out to Sean to address and he was all over it! He was super responsive and so considerate when interacting with us. It’s clear he really cares about his guests enjoying their time.We absolutely plan to come back and would definitely recommend this place!

We have repeated rented this for a family gathering on the coast. It is truly excellent in every way. We have noticed and used many of the recent improvements. Especially the new fire pit on the back patio. We cannot give the host enough kudos and well done.

Very surprised how beautiful the remodel of this home was! Everything was amazing quality from all the furniture, beds, towels, blankets, ect. The location couldn't be more perfect. Nice walk to town, steps away from the promenade board walk, very short walk to the beach itself making it easy even with kids. Amazing views. Off from main roads so it felt very safe. Lots of room for a large family to stretch out comfortably. Would love to stay here again!

Perfect Family Seaside Location and Home.

We have returned to this property for many years. Its location makes the walk to town easy. It is stocked with everything you need for cooking, hanging out on the deck, and playing in the sand. Highly reccomend.

Great time again!

Had a great time with family in a beautiful spot! Easy walk to the beach and promenade. Dinners together on the porch. Kitchen had everything we needed. Whale sightings from the windows.

Wonderful and beautiful place for our big family!

The location and view were amazing. The kitchen had what we needed for cooking.,we loved our family meals on the deck every evening. The one thing that needs replacing is the double bed mattress in the basement bedroom. It is very worn out. Lovely place!

The views from the front room of the grassland, ocean and sky were enjoyed most by the eldest in our group and the availability of Seaside attractions, coastal hikes and bike rides were enjoyed by all in our group with ages ranging from 22-84.

Family annual beach trip

Of the 15 years of renting a house for our annual beach trip, this is my favorite house. Clean, plenty of room for all of us. This house meet all our needs. I will definitely rent it again.

Wonderful beach house

Stayed for a week with whole family The house has lovely views and a great location. Easy access to town and beach. Loved sitting on deck. Charcoal bbqs easy to cook on. Wonderful they allow dogs. Kitchen well stocked. Beach toys and chairs available. And a ping pong table too. Lots of room for all

Family Beach Getaway

This is a beautiful home with an amazing location. Steps from the beach and steps to the Seaside Promenade. The amenities for this home are plentiful. Ping Pong table, sand toys, Razor scooters, board games, CD's/DVD's, nicely equipped kitchen and more. Our family was able to spread out and enjoy the indoors/outdoor spaces with ease. It was a memorable trip. The check-out procedure was thorough, so thorough it made me wonder how much the cleaning crew has to do beyond making the beds. Only recommendation would be to deep clean the carpets sometime soon. All of our socks were really dirty after our first night in the house. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home!

Great for Family Get togethers

Easy access and convenient to the beach. Wonderful views of the surf from the house. Very comfy inside with the fireplace and all the seatings during the stormy days we were forced to stay inside. Plenty of room in the two living spaces. We had everything we needed at the house. The house was just off the prom, so walking downtown was convenient.

Great birthday at the beach

This house delivers on the view and comfort. Our family of 8 enjoyed every bit of our stay. The kitchen is well equipped, we watched a movie in the nice TV and listened to music in the Sonos speakers. The internet was a bit unstable. But good enough. One of the basement rooms has no windows and is very small. The other one is large and comfortable. I would come back.

Fantastic House

We loved our Thanksgiving vacation at this rental. It was a absolute beautiful house and weather also. Everything was just like the pictures. Plenty of room for all us to enjoy. You had everything available to you and more. The views from the house was unbelivable. We will definitely come back.

Fantastic Ocean View Location

Clean, well maintained property overlooking the dunes and beach. Short walk into downtown Seaside along the Prom. Morning coffee watching the shore break, followed by a 4+ mile walks along the beach. Highly recommend this property.

Fantastic view but not very clean

Cleaning had to be done by me when we arrived. It was unfortunately not to our standards. All the bathroom rugs needed washed and the bedding was apparent that only the sheets were washed. The view and location were top notch. Parking is good. We were told check in would be delayed. That’s was tough because we had an infant traveling with us. But it all worked out. Those going in the summer months be aware there is no air conditioning. The house gets pretty hot.

A Gorgeous spot in Seaside

This beach house is in a perfect location. There are beautiful views from the front rooms and a secluded feel even though you are also only steps away from the promenade. The downstairs layout is a little weird, but everyone in our group, from 5 to 55 had an excellent vacation!

My only complaint is the Internet

The property is wonderful, including the view. My only problem is the Internet is slow and hard to connect to, but the manager was available to help when I called late in the evening. I do think they should upgrade the Internet and make it more easily accessible.

Second stay at this property in Seaside

We loved the location and number of people the home could accommodate, so much in 2022 that we came back in 2023 for another stay. The location has access to the beach and near the promenade. The house is well stocked with dishes, towels, and necessities. It would have been nice if the outdoor faucets and showers were not shut off as that would help people from tracking in sand into the house. Keep in mind that one room is incredibly small and may technically not be considered a room and more like a large closet.

Shopping,Hiking,Biking,Fishing,Crabbing,Swimming,Surfing,Boogie boarding, Beach Combing,and much more.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Walk to the Outlet Mall, Movie Theater, Down Town, stroll on the Boardwalk, or crab/fish of the 12th Ave bridge. while still maintaining some sense of privacy.

Also we have renovated over the years and thing this is the best we done and hope all out guest enjoy their time in our home.
