This air-conditioned two-bedroom apartment features One King on each bedroom, ideal for two couples, two bathrooms with shower, hairdryer, living room and an equipped kitchen, everything that you need for basics cooking is in here. Washer and dryer in the unit. Free Wi-Fi and Cable TV. Balcony is a plus!

We want you to feel entirely relaxed and welcomed here in this apartment, where you will be captured by the attractions and amenities of the complex. The perfect spot!

We had an absolutely wonderful time and enjoyed our stay at Nicoles place! Super cozy and comfortable, clean and safe! It was everything we needed and wanted for our vacation in Aruba.

Ants problems

When I stayed there, a lot of ants came from behind the refrigerator to the kitchen sink area. I informed the management, but they didn’t take any action. The ants need to be properly cleaned up.

Business Planning

We had an amazing time staying in this condo. It was just as advertised. The people were great, the restaurant was great, the building was clean and friendly. Just an all around great experience. We were there for business and pleasure and was perfect for both.

4 nights in Oranjestad

The condo was clean and well stocked. The breakfast counter is useless as the stools are bar height. The stools need to be replaced with counter height. That left no place to sit while eating. The water is so hot that there is a warning in the unit information. Just turn down the darn water heater! Geez. Around the pool there are about 14 chaise lounges under 7 umbrellas. If you want one, you better get there early! Very under furnished pool deck. The staff at Harbour House is wonderful. Blue Aruba Rentals were not so good - slow to respond and we arrived at the airport without a clear understanding of how to proceed. The view is beautiful and can walk everywhere.

Perfect location

A few days here to do all of our downtown restaurants was perfect. Secure designated garage parking spot was unexpected and a huge convenience. I would stay here again!!

Girls weekend in paradise!

It was exactly as advertised. Location was convenient to the airport and many beaches. Felt very safe and the views were gorgeous.

Great central location on Aruba

Property was perfect for a small group. Great 4th floor location overlooking the pool and marina within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and casinos. Highly recommend you rent a car as the unit provides under building parking.

Great 2 Bedroom condo

Everything was fantastic with the condo... location, layout, great use of space. The only thing I would say that wasn't great was the coffee pot was broken and there was no-see-ums in the kitchen cabinet. I think I kill most of them with cleaner but when we 1st arrived I was bitten serval times. Other the location was beautiful and the condo was beautiful.

Perfect location

The property was centrally located on the island. Near shops, and fabulous restaurants. The property was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful with anything we needed. Security on property 24 hours per day. Nadia was a wonderful concierge.
