Enjoy gorgeous main channel views of the 12-mile marker from this beautifully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with an oversized, wraparound covered deck and boat slips available. Watch the fireworks from the privacy of the wrap-around deck! Property amenities include a lakefront outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, hot tub, swim dock, boat launch, playground & more! Experience Lake of the Ozarks Living!



The Space:

Kitchen: Fully equipped with the needed utensils and appliances for any meal. Appliances include a microwave, electric stove, and oven, fridge with an ice maker, dishwasher, toaster, K cup coffee maker. The breakfast bar and dining area can comfortably accommodate 6 guests and there is also a booster seat attachment provided.



Indoor Living: Flat screen smart TV with free access to various local/cable channels and availability to popular streaming apps. Ceiling fans and board games.



Outdoor Living: Spacious balcony, 8-piece table set, gas grill, deck box and lounge furniture.



Dock: Community dock with 12'x32' boat slip available



General: Free WiFi (high speed internet), washer and dryer, central A/C and heat, towels and linens, hair dryer, complimentary toiletries, trash bags, and paper towels.

The condo was clean and well equipped for our stay. The pool area was very clean and well maintained. The condo grounds are very nice. The condo living room furniture is worn out; no support when you sit on it. The condo was advertised to have a king size bed; it does not. The mattress in the master bedroom needs replacing. There were brackets but no towel bars in the master bathroom.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location is ideal with a great balcony that gives privacy and yet offers expansive views to the cove and main channel- bring your binoculars! The outdoor pool is an easy walk down the hill. The unit was clean, well furnished, and we'd stay in this property again.

Fantastic condo!

We were on girls trip and totally felt like we had plenty of room and space. Everything was clean and worked properly. I'd definitely tell my friends about this place!

Lake Ozark Condo

We enjoyed our stay. The property was nice except for the dirty carpet, especially in the master bedroom. Was disappointed in that. Suggestion of putting wood flooring down. Thank you!

Great view

The stay was great! Very clean, perfect location and everything you need. The internet states there are 2 beds in one room and 1 in the other, and a pull out couch. There was only 1 bed per room and a pull out couch. That is my ony gripe.

Wonderful location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is easy to get to and was clean. The condo is on the corner of the building so the deck was larger and had really nice views of the lake. My son loved watching all the boats! You aren’t far from either pool or the little play area. This is a small thing they may not know about, but just FYI for parents with littles. The listing says there is a crib and the host said there is a new Pack N Play there to use as a travel crib but it wasn’t an actual Pack N Play. It’s a play pen and the manufacturer doesn’t recommend it for overnight sleep, so that’s something to keep in mind (per manufacturer website it said “supervised naps only”). Otherwise, communication with the hosts was great and we had no issues. Easy breezy!

Condo at the lake

The condo was roomy, enough seating for everyone. Does not have a dining table inside but has a breakfast bar with stools and a big dining table on the patio where we ate meals. The gas grill worked well and there was an extra propane tank there for when the current one ran out, which was very convenient. The community pool was overlooking the lake, so it was a very pretty view. Lots of friendly people at the ppol so it was fun spending the day there. We went to the indoor pool and hot tub but there was a very strong chlorine smell so we didn't stay too long. The actual condo was a little older but furniture is in good shape. There were a few items missing that I did let the property manager know. Hopefully they will add these items: No dish towels in the kitchen, only 1 dishwasher soap tablet, we had to buy more so we could run the dishwasher before we left, the handle on the freezer was loose and falling off, towel bar in the master bathroom was missing. It was a nice condo, just needs someone to walk through and fix a few items and restock periodically.

Disappointed

We enjoyed our stay very much on our vacation in the Lake of the Ozark. How ever, the condo was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. All of the windows were dirty, dust bunnies everywhere. There was mold inside of the master tub and even worse on the shower curtain. Mold was found behind the kitchen sink. We were told that we would have beach chairs and pool toys which was not the case. I feel strongly that we should be compensated in some way. We had to stay there and it was disgusting. I wish I was able to attach photos to this review. Thank you, Chatterton

Perfect get-away!

We looked for a property that was close to the water and had a view of the water for our morning coffee. This 2nd floor condo provided both in an exceptional way! The 2 bedroom fit our group of 5 nicely. Had 2 full bathrooms and two separate bedrooms. The deck was spacious; the inside accommodations were very clean and nicely set up. Communication from the property management was very good. I would definitely rebook again!

Family weekend getaway.

Great weekend! The condo is perfect location between pools and playground for families. The view of the lake is beautiful. The hours of the pool are super convenient for both early birds and night owls. Would love to stay there again! Directions for working the smart TV to be able to get to steaming apps would definitely be helpful

Relaxing get-away

This rental space is exactly like it is in the advertisement. Very clean and everything you need for a relaxing get-away. We spent a lot of time just chillin' on the back wrap-around porch. Great view of the lake and nearby pool. If you like your vacay a little more peaceful away from all the crowds, this is the one for you! Thank you so much! We had a great time and will be back again!

Summer Fun

This was a GREAT property! My fiends and I are teachers and we always do a small weekend getaway each Summer. We range in ages 46-56. This property had a great view, pool, and was clean. We would go here again!

Short Summer Stay

We took a quick summer road trip to the Lake of the Ozarks and this location was perfect for us - close to activities, restaurants, grocery store, etc. We enjoyed the close and easy access to the pool and lake for fishing. Would stay here again!

Our Work-cation

Do you ever need to get out of town to feel like you actually get some "office-book-accounting" work done? exactly what we did! relaxing condo, loved the décor, and when we were ready to take a break, the pool and restaurants were all near by.
