Wonderful place to stay

This rental was a perfect place to stay for our visit to friends. Rooms were large, beds very comfortable and had everything we needed at the perfect price. The owner was easy to communicate with and chrcked in often making sure we had what we needed. It is located close to everything you need. Will for sure look to stay here again on our next trip.

Cozy, clean and quiet!

We had a great stay here! The home was very cozy with lots of space. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with easy access to restaurants, hikes, and activities. The host was very responsive and provided great recommendations for the area. Overall, this was the perfect location for our weekend!

Perfect Christmas!

We had an amazing time in Bountiful with our family for Christmas! The property was perfect for us! Very clean and conveniently located to ice skating and quint shops! Will definitely book again! The host was amazing! Thanks!

Cute home

Loved our stay in this house. The rooms and bathroom were very clean, but some dishes were dirty. We enjoyed the Smart TV and loved the proximity of the home to Lagoon. would highly recommend.

Older home with character

The home is older and not totally refurbished but it was clean and spacious and equipped with the necessities (heads up it has a small clothes washer with drying rack). We loved the location..we could walk downtown yet it’s a short drive to the freeway.

Salt Lake City business trip

The property was exactly what I needed. Comfortable and quiet. I was able to utilize the kitchen for all my meals. Location was good for all my business needs.AC unit in master bedroom was excellent, however, a second unit is needed in the living room. On several hot days, it was impossible to cool down the kitchen and living room. However, with that being said, if I ever travel back to Salt Lake City Utah, I will be renting this unit again.

Cute Home with Charm

Overall, we enjoyed our 2-week stay over the Christmas holiday! Just the right size and in a great location with easy access to everything we needed! The home was mostly clean, except for the cupboard shelving in the kitchen, which we just wiped down ourselves. We also re-washed all the dishes to be on the safe side, as dried food was left on a couple of them. The kitchen was supplied with most of what we needed, but lacked a chef’s knife for chopping vegetables, a mixing bowl, a pizza cutter, and a toaster. So we just went and got our own. We also supplied our own additional toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissues, and dish soap, as we only had enough for a few days, and we were there for 2 weeks. We did have enough shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and dishwashing detergent. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds and bedding were comfortable. Loved that we had access to Netflix and other streaming service on the TV, although the internet would lose connection a bit more than we would have liked. We would also have liked to have seen a more timely response from the owner. It took a few weeks to hear back after I first wrote about extending our stay by 1 day, only to learn the unit wouldn’t be available. We also didn’t hear back right away on the day we were scheduled to check in, so that was a bit frustrating. We finally just drove over to the unit, and we were able to talk to the owner’s daughter who lives in the adjoining unit. She was able to help us. The rates were competitive for this unit and we liked the tall ceilings and many windows that provided a bright and cheery atmosphere. Despite not being perfect, we would definitely be willing to stay there again if nothing better for the same price was available.
