Beautiful villa - amazing view 4 large ensuite bedrooms Premium decoration and kitchen supply Our party of 6 with 2 babys had an amazing time. Close to everything Kevin and Alexandre made us feel at home Daily housekeeping which felt like a premium hotel trip Would come back anytime

Amazing Stay

We loved the property! It was really clean and nice. All you can possibly need from beach umbrella to barbecue grill. The check in process was really easy and Kevin help us and guide us through the house. The communication was really easy by WhatsApp at any time. Our stay was amazing! I recommend this Villa 100%

Quiet Perfection

18 trips to St Barths and this one did not disappoint! Kids loved the heated pool and outdoor pool table! Villa was very well appointed and in a quiet location, which in st barths, gets trickier each year. Villa representatives were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, from start to finish, we were all smiles. There's a good chance we book this one again next year! Merci Beacoup Villa ROY.💞🏝️

Fantastic Villa in Vitet

Three couples spent 8 days at Villa Roy. The villa was terrific….views…pool…kitchen…social areas inside and out… Kevin (manager) and Celia(spelling?) were most welcoming and helpful. The place was immaculate….classy and tasteful decor, beautifully landscaped, well appointed kitchen… a short drive to a bakery where fresh croissants were to be had every morning. En-suite bathrooms…. Plenty of places for quiet reading. I would recommend Villa Roy highly!

60th Birthday Week

Villa Roy was an exceptional experience and property. Kevin was great host and even met us at the airport when we arrived. There were six of us, two couples and our 25 year old daughters who each had our own private bedrooms and baths. We spent mornings in the outside cabana over coffee and pastries, left to explore the island and beaches during the days, happy hours and late afternoons in the pool, then went out for dinners and late night drinks in the cabana at the Villa. We look forward to returning to St. Barts and Villa Roy in the future!

Villa Roy St. Bart

Our 1st time to St. Bart and our 1st vacation with all adult children. It was our best vacation. The views from the Villa are worth the drive and the Villa itself was spectacular as well. Each room is like it’s own little house. The kitchen was amazing as well. We mainly ate at the wonderful restaurants but when we did cook, we loved the outdoor kitchen and sitting areas. The owner and manager were very helpful with any questions we had about the Villa and the Island. All stars for this property.

Breathtaking views; spacious and plentiful accommodations

The Villa Roy was absolutely a joyous place to stay, from its breathtaking views, spacious accommodations and overall setting. (The only point worth noting is that the location of the villa on the VRBO site was erroneous. It is located in quiet Vitet, as opposed to the St Jean area. However this was not a disappointment whatsoever.). Our family of 8 had a wonderful time with plenty of room to spread out and gather.

Here we are now with this accomplished project. I travel a lot and I am very glad I can share this place with people all around the world, to discover St Barths from this extraordinary house.
